Seems to Work, Good Long-Term Safety
Both my husband and I have gone through a few bottles of this and both of us have increased iron on our blood testing. Since my husband regularly donates blood or plasma, he has to supplement heavily on a regular basis. Just FYI, if you donate please be sure to keep up with testing your red blood cell health & iron levels regularly, on your own, to make sure it’s in the IDEAL range (just search for your age & sex for what that level should be), testing center just makes sure you aren’t so low you’re in danger of dying which is not good enough. I also recommend going a bit above ideal range if you have hair loss going on.It is of my personal opinion that if you need to supplement on a regular, ongoing basis, you should rotate some different sources of iron for long-term safety purposes. The iron brands that doctors typically recommend can cause constipation, nausea, and other side effects. I think this curry leaf derived iron as well as some other types, are superior and will raise your blood level just as well. I have had no issues with side effects on this one. I also try to eat foods high in iron, but if you need to raise your level a lot you will probably need both food and supplementation.I appreciate the easy to recycle glass bottle.

Most companies in this world lack integrity, are corrupt, and absolutely do not have our best interest in mind. I can confidently say that that is not the case with Global Healing. Dr. Group seems like a wonderful man who truly cares about his company, his product, and the world itself. He genuinely seems like he wants to help people, and I consider him and his company a light in the dark. All of his supplements that I have tried have far exceeded my expectations. Too much iron is bad
Love it but you should know there’s such a thing of too much iron in the body. I took some daily for a whole month and my teeth turned black because I had too much in my system.Now, I only take it when I feel my iron is low.I think the bottle should have a warning label.

Distasteful liquid form, now twice the price
*****UPDATE 10/21/24: I spoke with a Global Healing representative and was refunded the full amount with a return waived. So, I ultimately received this liquid product for free in a time when I needed it quite badly, for which I am grateful. It still stands that this Amazon product page showcasing the 60-serving capsule form (18mg per serving) is deceptive marketing, and that the 30-serving liquid form (18mg per serving) that customers receive contains only half the amount of iron as the capsules but is sold at the same price.*****I can’t believe I have to waste my time writing this review.I ordered Global Healing Iron CAPSULES from this specific Amazon product page, NOT the “improved” liquid formula.Yet I received a bottle of liquid iron supplement — which has only HALF the servings (30 instead of 60, both at 18mg per serving) yet is sold for the EXACT same price the capsules were.False advertising. And it comes across as greedy.The liquid form, which is now the ONLY form of iron they offer, currently has a rating of 1.9 stars on their direct website. People hate the taste, say it’s less effective, messy, and less convenient, and mention that the liquid costs the exact same as the capsules used to cost despite the servings being *cut in half*.So, why didn’t I receive exactly what I ordered from this Amazon product page which is advertising the 60-serving CAPSULES for sale?I am so low on iron, my under eyes are purple and my feet are cramping.
