A boost of healthy energy!
It seems like at the end of the day I have no energy and I heard that ginseng would not only bring your energy level up but also lift your spirits. I have been drinking it for over a week now. I usually go straight to bed after 10 hours and 14 kids daily. Since I have been taking ginseng stick daily. I am able to clean my daycare for the next day and play a little solitaire before going to bed. It doesn’t leave me jittery like my Red Bulls . It is also a healthy drink without all the harmful additives that give you energy in some energy drinks. Silly me I tried it straight from the package horrible taste. When I mixed it with may cold ice tea are creamed coffee it was tasty. Just open the pack and drop it in. Its is ver effective in giving me that extra boost. Cheap and I will be purchasing some again.

Didn’t work for me, sadly.
I’m not fully convinced about these. I tried them a few times, and maybe they just aren’t for me. The taste was vile. Energy that was promised was marginal at best. I couldn’t even call them effective as they gave me a bad headache each time I tried one. I wouldn’t say it is fair to judge the price point of these, as I for whatever reason cannot use them. So, the value is effectively zero for me. I have no intention of trying another packet, and I have full intentions to pitch them unless someone in my circle claims them soon. Perhaps these are effective and without side effect for someone else, but I was not that person. Unfortunate it may be, I do not like these at all and I’m honestly still disappointed. Maybe they’ll work better for you, but they didn’t do anything for me other than make me very thirsty and have a (manageable but annoying) headache.

This package of ginseng extract packets reminded me of a really fine cigar box! If you’ve ever been at a good tobacconist’s shop, you know how much mystique goes into the boxes, the labels, et cetera. Ginseng is healthy, though! In any case, the presentation is beautiful, making this a really nice gift for someone.I was a little intimidated to taste it, because the ginseng I have had in the past was so unpalatable, I had to put a lot of honey in it, which took away from the health benefits because of the calories. However, the taste of this is good. It is sweet and rooty (ginseng comes from a root vegetable) but very palatable.It looks like regular tea; in fact, it looks like Lipton tea.I took a star off because it is watered down. I’ve had real ginseng extract, which is a strong, gooey, brown syrup. This lists water as an ingredient, and the “extract” package is full of a watery, brown substance. It is extract but mixed with water. There are a few other ingredients as well, so this is not pure ginseng extract.Also, there are no directions as to how to use it. The video showed a woman making one iced drink out of one packet. I prefer a hot tea. I think one package per cup is about right.It’s much tastier than other ginseng tea I have had, and it is rumored to be very healthy. I’m a tea lover, so I’m sold!

This was an interesting product to try. The single-serve sticks are really convenient, and I like that you can just tear one open and take it without having to measure anything. The ingredient list is also nice and simple.That said, the taste was definitely not for me. To my taste buds, it was kind of like drinking straight soy sauce. 😂 I tried it a few different ways, but I still found the flavor pretty strong and unpleasant.As far as the effects, I didn’t really notice much of a difference either way.
