wonderful addition to a workout/wellness routine
I am nearly 40, postpartum, training for a 5-mile trail race, and attempting to lose some baby weight. I was eager to try Peak Pury’s ginger and turmeric supplement as part of my wellness routine in 2025 and am delighted with the results so far. Ginger and turmeric are excellent at reducing inflammation, helping me recover post-workout and reducing muscle soreness. They’re also great for the immune system, particularly in the cold winter months. The additional blended herbs–including green tea, cayenne, and cinnamon–are also beneficial for those seeking to lose some weight. I noticed no negative side effects from the capsules–they digest easily, and I take them with a light breakfast (usually a smoothie) in the morning. Sometimes I will have acid reflux or indigestion from larger amounts of ginger and turmeric, but not at all with this Peak Pury product. I’m extra delighted that this is made in the USA!

I find ginger and turmeric to be great anti-inflammatory agents. I use them periodically. This is a good supplement, however turmeric cannot be used while on blood thinners.

Great natural combination
I make sure to finish products completely before I do reviews. I started taking this because I’ve been having some stomach and intestinal issues. I read extensively how turmeric can help. I have paired this with some other products containing turmeric and ginger I can tell over the past month that it’s been making a subtle difference. I know it’s going to take continued maintenance. I was also was having heart palpitations at night, as well rapid heart beating at night. I’m not sure if this was the cure or the combination of everything, but those are completely gone. I’ve also been sleeping better. I’m not sure if that has to do with the lemon balm in it.

In theory this product has all the ingredients needed to help with stomach issues such as ulcer, gerd etc. specifically ginger and turmeric.In practice, you may see positive results or negative results depending your overall condition and tolerance for the product it contains.i can’t say its effective much since i have not been taking this regularly. but i m hoping it helps with inflammation when it occurs after a forbidden meal.

I wanted to try “Ultra Ginger 5,500mg & Turmeric 1,000mg– Aids Digestion & Supports Heart Health – Includes Cayenne Pepper, Lemon Balm, Cinnamon, Peppermint, Green Tea – Made in The USA- 150 Capsules” because I have used both ginger and turmeric supplements for quite some time as I believe they are helpful to me.This one is different because it also contains cayenne pepper, lemon balm, cinnamon, peppermint, green tea powder, and black pepper – all the better! See photo for complete ingredient panel. Check to make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients before ordering.These capsules are virtually odorless except for a very mild ginger scent. They are medium sized as you can see in the photo above, and they should be easy to take for anyone who can swallow capsules. The one I tried had no aftertaste.Although it is not listed as such, this product should be suitable for vegetarians because it is made with a vegetable capsule.A serving size is one capsule so if taken as directed by the manufacturer, this 150 capsule bottle will provide you with a 150 day supply. Good product
So far this supplement has helped relieve some of my pain, so I have found this product to be effective. It is a great value for the money and the quality is good. My energy level has seen a boost since I started taking this product too. Overall it is a good supplement to try to boost your health. If you have and health conditions I would suggest checking with your Dr to make sure it’s safe for you to take and that there are no interactions with any medications you currently take. I think this is a great product and worth trying if you can.
