A Must Have for Gym Rats
Ghost Intra has honestly made the biggest difference with my weightlifting workouts. The sustained energy, hydration, and calming make a huge difference!The KSM-66 REALLY calms my nerves during and after my workouts (used to feel stressed after but this calms me down so much; almost to the point of relaxation).The recommended water to powder ratio seems a little off. At 16oz of water, it’s a bit grainy feeling and chalky tasting. I’m going to try the Welches Grape flavor next time and see if that changes it at all. If it doesn’t, I’ve gotten used to it already and the benefits greatly outweigh the taste/texture issue.If you are on the fence about it, BUY it for the workout benefits, but maybe don’t get the Lemon Lime flavor unless you’re going to be mixing it with a lot of water.

It’s intense, so I use twice as much water as called for a be scoop. This stuff is so delicious that I have no problem drinking all the water, and I never want to skip it. Absolutely perfect to pop in a bunch of ice and sip while working or working out. Recommend.

As with all Ghost Collaborations, the Welch’s Grape Intra is perfect. I use this daily as hydration, pre-workout, and focus. Powder melts perfectly, no chalkiness and the flavor is so good!I’ve had the Welch’s, the Blue Raspberry, and the Sour Strips. They’re all so good. In the picture is the blue raspberry because I’ve already drank all the Welch’s lol
