Good for everyday routine

Gummies formed a hardened ‘shell’ from drying out and all stuck together, making them hard to get out of the container within a week of arrival. It’s common with sugar free supplements but worth mentioning it happens here, too.The ingredients do seem to work well, though. This combination helps calm down and get tired easier at night, without the need for any melatonin which can disrupt natural bodily processes somewhat. I really wanted to like these gummies, but unfortunately, I couldn’t tell that they were doing much for me. I tried them hoping they would help me relax, sleep better, and help my pain, but I didn’t notice any real difference after taking them.I always question the safety and authenticity of any supplements I take, but especially ones made in other countries like China. Supplements are not FDA approved in the US and while this particular manufacturer is claiming they are lab tested, certified, gluten free, etc. There’s no way to know that for sure unless you had them tested yourself, and who has the capability to do that?For me, the most important part (besides the safety of consuming them) was whether they actually helped me to relax and sleep, and they were not effective at all. I just didn’t notice enough of a difference to make them worth continuing. I do realize that just like with medications everyone can react differently to supplements, but based on my personal experience, I wouldn’t buy these again.

I am usually wary about ordering supplements from Amazon, but these L-Theanine Gummies had pretty good ingredients. They are tasty and sweet, but don’t have any sugar. Sweetened with stevia. They also boast a whole list of things they don’t have in them, like wheat/gluten, eggs, sugar, etc.I recently heard that L-Theanine helps with calming nerves. I have a nerve condition in my face and I also have anxiety.
