Not geriatric, but I love these
I have GI-related autoimmune disorders and often take probiotics. I’d kind of fallen into a slump with the ones I was taking and wasn’t feeling any benefits. I randomly tried these, and they’ve been great! Bloating, gas, and stomach pain is better. I’m in my 30s and feel a bit ancient buying something meant for older adults, but it works!

I had read that rhamnosus was good for mast cell disorders (by the same premise would be good for allergic responses) Having already made odd strain of “yogurts” … I decided to make this supplement into a “yogurt”. I used 2 capsules + 3 tbsp inulin + 6 cups (1.5 quarts) organic whole milk. I brewed it at 107* for 16 hours. Rhamnosus multiplies super quickly so it is cooked for less time than most standard 36 hour strains. The results on, even my first batch, were as expected. No leftover whey. Just a firm creamy product.Did exactly what I needed it to do.

Although I don’t like the waste of the pillow packs over a bottle, these do keep the capsules fresher longer. They are stamped with a “best by” date, the ones I received should be used by August of 2022. No problem!📚 Refrigeration is suggested but it is not necessary if they are kept in a cool cool dry location.📚 The capsules are medium size and easy to swallow. The price point is comparable to others I have purchased of similar composition.📚 Summary… an excellent quality product that really works👍👍
