    I was so happy to find a chewable form of active b 12 and folate together! This is the form you want to take as your body can actually use it. It has a mild cherry taste, and I’m able to get my four year old to take it as she really needs it.

    Using as my daughter’s supplement. Since we began adding this to her daily multi-vitamin, we’ve seen improved behavior, appetite, and sleep patterns. I take a different formulation (twice the dosage of this). This form of folate has been great for our MTHFR gene mutation issues.

    Best B12 supplements I’ve found. Though it is more pricey than others, it is well worth it. I am a vegan so I have tried many other ways to supplement B12 into my body and this one has been the best. Other products have made my skin break out but this one has not.

    I have been taking it based on some blogger recommendations. I was taking other L-Methylfolate, and it didn’t feel like anything was happening. I think the B12 is in good combination with this. Not a cure, maybe even a placebo, but helping with the fatigue.

    I have used this for years and love how they seem to up my mood very quickly! I take 1 or 2 under the tongue on empty stomach just as I get up in the morning when I feel like I need them. They taste good like cherry with no off taste at all. Dissolve super quick. Will continue to buy
