These are a great formulation of vitamins including methylated folate which is a superior form for absorption. The taste is good for kids too so its effective at getting no objections trying to get them to take their vitamins daily. Really good vitamin mix
My boyfriend takes methylated supplements because that’s what he needs with the MTFR gene (I don’t know the whole function of it), so to find a good mix of B vitamins that are methylated is a must for him to get the full benefits.Even though these are not sold for men, they worked well for him. He checked out what he needed with regards to the proper amount of vitamins and just upped what he took of these to match that.They tasted good and worked well and because he knows how he feels when he’s properly supplemented, he knew they did work well enough to keep him at that baseline with his adjustments.

A nice treat to get through the day with B12
Who had the great idea of turning vitamins that are usually so hard to take into gummies that taste good? These b complex gummies taste like an orange peace tropical combo to me. They are a great grab in the afternoon when my energy is lagging. I like how they give me a boost naturally and also are a full B vitamin spectrum as that means there’s balance in them. The texture isn’t my favorite as they are a bit tough and still sticky at once. However, they settle well and help me when I have any caffeine to not get tingly fingers. I like gummy forms because kids would go for them and they also digest better for me.

These peachy flavored gummies are more like candy. I got these for the kids but I enjoy popping in one or two sometimes in the after for a little energy. I definitely recommend these!

I really appreciate the combination and form of supplements in these gummies, as well as the dosages of each. My kids and I are vegetarian so we need the added B12, B6, and Zinc that these contain. I eat a pretty balanced diet, so as an adult I like taking kids vitamins since I don’t need much, and these are perfect for me. My son has the MTHFR gene variant so he needs the methylated folate in these. They taste really good, so no one has issues taking them. The texture is good as well, not overly sticky or chewy, and their unique floral shape is cute. Very pleased with these gummies!
