    Giving it a go.. I don’t think I’ll get it often, but the concept behind it is important. Your liver takes a beating with Suplements/ if you drink etoh I don’t.

    I’ve been taking this for a few weeks now and I like it. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a weird taste like some supplements do. I mainly wanted something to support liver health and this one has good ingredients like milk thistle, turmeric, and selenium.For the price it’s a pretty solid option and seems well put together. No complaints so far and I’ll probably order another bottle when this one runs out.
