Amazing Product, Great Value, but Pills are Large
Great product but the multi-pack pills are quite large and most of them are tablets (not coated) so if you have trouble swallowing horse pills, these are not for you. What I love about these are that the Gaspari brand is very reputable and this particular product includes vitamins, minerals, omega-3, liver detox, and CLA & gut health. To have this all in one is really astounding. I also like that you get a full 30-day supply, and the price point for what you get is very reasonable. The plastic jar it comes in is a little large (but I love it because I can use this jar for other things later.) The vitamin multi-pack instructions suggest taking once a day with meals. I took mine with my breakfast every day and did not have any issues. I did notice a little fish burp from the omega-3, but it was very mild. I also noticed that the CLA did give me a little bit of racing heart (it is for weight loss and energy.) My system is super sensitive, so it may just be me. Other than that, I was BLOWN AWAY by the amazing content – these multi-packs have everything you need!!! I’m going to continue taking these for the long haul.

More energy & less brain fog
So far, these are working well for my husband! He said the after taste (I believe he means burps lol) is horrible and the vitamin itself smells like those popular kids’ vitamins. They’re very easy for him to remember to take, since everything is in one package for the day. He hasn’t noticed arthritis pain reduction though, and vitamins may not help that at all anyway, regardless of brand. However, he loves them and they’re less expensive than his normal brand, so he’ll probably get some more, maybe “tweak” the formula a bit if they have something different. He has a lot more energy than before and has less “brain fog” than usual.I personally tried them around 6 am and started feeling horrible by noon, but that’s not really saying anything about the vitamin; my physical health is crap and I start feeling pretty bad by the end of the day. I really wish they helped me that well, because my brain fog is off the charts. I have MS, so I’m not sure vitamins would help that. I am very happy they’re helping my husband though!

A nice well-rounded package for those that need a supplement like this
This is a nice comprehensive multivitamin and health supplement that I think makes the most sense for people that don’t have a very well-balanced diet. There are 8 pills per pack, they are all standard sized and easy to swallow, but aside from the gel caps you can always cut the pills in half or open up the capsules and put the powder in a drink or food if you have trouble taking so many.If you eat a lot of fast food or junk food and don’t get a balanced diet this will probably have more of a noticeable effect on your day-to-day life. I tend to eat pretty well, workout multiple times a week, and overall feel pretty healthy so I didn’t notice much of a difference taking these each day. For reference, I get my blood work done regularly and only need to take vitamin D to boost that back to normal levels, everything else is in the normal range.It’s very convenient with the packets though, since they are travel friendly, you can take these anywhere. I also think the value is actually solid for what you get IF you need a supplement like this. You could easily skip the expensive processed snacks or sugary drinks you might buy every day and replace them with this instead.
