These vitamins have been a true life-changer! I always half joked around about how I suffered from S.A.D. (self-diagnosed, yes), but in reality, I must have been severely D3 deficient. I have never had any levels tested to confirm a deficiency, I simply went on the recommendation of trusted friends (some of them nurses) to begin taking a supplement. Big Fan of This D3 Supplement
I’ve been a fan of this product for its many benefits. It’s RAW & Non-GMO, which is important to me. The whole food nutrition and 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3 helps support my immune health. I also love that it’s a 60-day supply and easy to take. There are a few areas for improvement though. It would be great if there was more clarity around certifications. The packaging and dosage instructions could also use some refining. But overall, I’d still recommend it.

It helps keep the vitamins fresh till the last vitamin taken. I don’t throw away the empty bottles. I keep for the vitamins that are delivered to me in plastic and I transfer those vitamins into the dark brown glass bottle that’s if I decide to keep them because I don’t believe they are fresh being in a plastic container. I also ordered Vitamin C by the same and those too are in brown glass bottle.
