We love these! We have shake for breakfast
After extensive research I found this as a meal replacement, not a protein shake. I do not work out due to having MS. I initially tried the chocolate and did not care for the taste. I use the vanilla and I mix it with ice and Almond milk. My husband uses Soy milk. We love this product! We have a shake for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sometimes we may have a small side dinner just because. The thing we love about these shakes is that they are satisfying. We do not get hungry in between at all!!! The taste is good too and that was a huge deal for us. Since June I have lost 23 lbs and my husband has lost 29 lbs. We have passed along this brand of shakes to a couple friends who are now using them. A great product for us!!!! We use a Magic Bullet blender. I like mine more slushy and my husband prefers creamier drink! I would recommend this product!

For anyone contemplating to buy this product, please do yourselves a favor and buy it!Previously I used to mostly consume grass fed whey. But most of those flavored protein powders were too sweet for my palate and I would barely use a quarter of the suggested serving. It took me a minute to get used to GOL Fit Vanilla shake. But in less than a week I was the strongest advocate for this product. I absolutely love their protein blend, superfood blend as well as the stress management blend.I lift 3X a week and run about 20 miles a week – this shake is seriously everything my body needed. When I used to consume whey protein powders, I would generally add a quarter of a serving to my fruit smoothie and was clearly not hitting my macros for the day through chewable food. But with GOL, I consume an entire serving every morning for breakfast with no added fruits – just 1 cup of unsweetened nut milk and 1/4 c water. I prepare my smoothie the night before and refrigerate it overnight allowing the sprouted protein to bloom and get thicker overnight. I love the subtle sweetness and vanilla flavor. Sometimes I add pumpkin spice, cinnamon or brewed tea/coffee concentrate for a change of flavor and I am good to go for 4 hours.This product is great for anyone who’s looking to lose weight and/or body fat, build lean muscle, stay alert and focused on their job w/o that feeling of fullness, or just trying to put something healthy into their body (love the fact that this has ashwagandha)Do give their meal replacement shake a chance too if you’re looking to consume some more vitamins. I love this shake!! Vanilla all the way…
I started using this product in December 2018. I first purchased the coffee flavor but as another reviewer stated, it’s just tastes like ground up cardboard lol… I then decided to give Vanilla a try and what a world of difference! You really have to find a flavor you like for this product to work otherwise it’s easy to give up.I have a desk job at an office full of pot lucks and sweets. To add, our winters days are short as the sun rises at 7am and sets at 3:30pm. After sitting on my butt all day I gained 25lbs my first year and a half working here! I decided it would be easier to change my eating habits than become a gym buff.I take a shake for lunch and use unsweetened almond milk and add two scoops of PBFit to make a peanubutter Vanilla shake. Some days I’ll add a half of a banana or peaches to switch it up. It fills me up and I don’t have cravings. I still allow myself to indulge from time to time when coworkers bring treats, but this product has helped me gain some self discipline. I have lost almost 25lbs so far and feel great. Was 170lbs last year and today I am 146lbs!

GRAINY GRAINY GRAINY!!!
Just received this in the mail today and tried some with oat milk. (I got the vanilla flavor because chocolate protein powders are NEVER GOOD and you can mix vanilla easily into shakes.) But my first sip was awful! I blended and shook it in my blender bottle for a good 5 minutes after my first sip to see if it would help. It did not at all. After each gulp you get a powdery taste/feeling in your mouth. If you ignore the graininess it leaves behind, it does have a good flavor, but you have to try really really hard to ignore the grainy flavor it leaves in your mouth. I couldn’t ignore it so I dumped it in my blender with a banana and some frozen strawberries to see if that would help. While that did help a ton, there was still a hint of graininess even after blending all that together. This will be the only way I will be able to chug it down which is unfortunate because I wanted to be able to bring this to work and just be able to shake it up and drink it. Too bad I can’t bring a whole blender to work :(Overall, if you’re planning on blending this into smoothies, it’s pretty good, but if you’re want the convenience of being able to shake and go, I wouldn’t!! Time to continue my search for the perfect protein powder…

The worse protein powder I’ve ever tried
I’m gutted this isn’t what I expected. The powder is so heavy, it doesn’t dissolve, makes the shake’s consistency very thick and has that constant powder cast in my mouth. The taste is also below average for a vanilla protein powder, all in all I regret this purchase and can’t understand how it got such good reviews.
