    Give them time–they really work!

I waited until I took these for 3 full months before coming here to give a review. I take two each day at dinner, as I’ve read you shouldn’t take vitamins/supplements in the morning if you drink coffee because you’ll just flush them out of your body.Honestly, I don’t have any complaints or negatives to speak of with these supplements. They are easy to take, don’t case any adverse digestion issues, and don’t really have a smell or taste to speak of.But, there are some significant changes I’ve noticed:- My hair (naturally VERY thick and curly) is growing like crazy. I wouldn’t say I notice it looking or feeling healthier necessarily, but just that it grows much more quickly than before; something my hairdresser even noticed.-My eyebrows are growing back! I’m a child of the 90’s/early 2000’s and we collectively decided no one needs eyebrows so I essentially plucked mine down to small slivers back in the day. But times have changed and brows are back and I’ve had to pencil mine in because they’re so paltry. I considered getting my brows microbladed, but gave this supplement a shot first–it worked! I notice they are thicker overall, with the bulk of the growth in the portion of my brows closest to the top of my nose, which was non-existent before.- My nails (fingers and toes) grow very quickly and are thick and healthy.- My skin looks great (I’m 36 and typically taken for someone in their 20’s) but I can’t attribute that solely to these supplements. A big part of that is my staying out of the sun, eating healthy, unprocessed foods, using quality skin products, visiting an esthetician, etc. I think these supplements play a role but I cannot say they are the sole reason for the condition of my skin.Overall, I feel these supplements are a great value for the money and I much prefer to take my collagen in pill form versus powder. I’m not vegan, but I like that these do not have animal products and are “clean.”

The price keeps going up, not worth it

I took these for months, I even was on the subscription. Then the price kept getting higher I decided to stop taking it and find cheaper options.I never really noticed any difference about me physically while taking them. I just figured it was internally helping, if that makes sense? Since I couldn’t say or list the benefits I’ve noticed while taking it for 4+ months, I knew I needed to give up.Even after stopping I didn’t notice my skin getting worse or my hair falling out. It clearly wasn’t doing much. I just take a multivitamin and biotin now and save about $15.

Works for me. Everyone is different

During the pandemic happen to coincide with me consuming a few new dietary changes. After my physical in December decided to update what I’m eating.I can’t say for certain what has changed is soly this product. The difference is incredible. My skin looks amazing by month three. I’m 55. The dry skin has melted away. Arms, feet, face, everywhere. My son and daughter in law went on an social distance outing with me and could tell immediately telling me I look great. To be fair, I’m including what else is different. Maybe this can support you, too.Besides a half-gallon of water with four different tablespoons of Amazing Grass for different nutrient values wasn’t eating enough variety of protein-based products. The VA gave me tips but their Paleo-style ask to eat more meat and eggs was a humongous fail on my triglycerides.Beefing up (pun intended) chia and golden flax is such an easy way to include more protein without elevating blood work and feeling bluh.Next, develop a nutrition shake with two variety of Garden of Life vegan protein. Extra amino acids and more vegetables and fruit preserved soon after picking make for dense nutrition that never breaks down like fresh.I’m adding a couple bananas a day, either frozen or fresh. Ice cubes if they’re no frozen.Chia, golden flax ground, yeast mix, plus these supplements. Started with two a day and now moving into maintenance taking one. Adding the dietary yeast will also help with skin, hair, etc.My hair is also doing super well. Lusterous long blond. It had issues for several years after a jaccuzi where I lived was improperly over chlorinated. I’ve searched since then for a nutrient to help. This has by far the most helpful and is more noticeable with regular consumption after a few months. With nutrition, if someone is like a dry sponge initial consumption will absorb and in a relatively short amount of time a difference will pop. But, if the stomach biome and other nutrients aren’t maintained the benefit will not be as dominant. If you’re looking for a cure, overall nutrition is key. The oath of doctors use to focus on this pre pharma. Why? Do we would look and feel good. Something pharmaceuticals are robbing many people of who are clueless how the body works. It’s up to us to do our due diligence and know what’s best for us. Because ultimately health care is a business minus its original intent on wellness. Although, this is changing. Even the most educated doctors aren’t always aware or what to do with the individual. When my doctor said, oh, we don’t have to worry about your tests until they’re bad. WTF?! Who’s tracking my results over time? Me.I’d say, it’s unacceptable for the number to climb this quickly. It’s not normal. Especially with certain genetic markers in my DNA and family histories.Sharing this because if you are here you are seeking better health and nutrition. What I know for sure, we don’t get results in a week. It’s cumulative over time decline or increases. Plus, as we age crap changes. We need to go with the flow and adjust as needed. Not when the doctor decides.Look around at how the medical profession for the last sixty years and pharma have benefited the population overall.Sincerely hope this is a helpful review of ways to get the supplement to kick in fully and how it might work for at least one healthy middle aged woman 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️——- update — month 3 —–As a wellness type am open to adjusting nutrition as needed throughout my life. Reaching the mid 50’s noticed a few differences in my health. Inside and out.Hair, nails, and skin was a part of these changes. Upon research and conference with VA (yup, Imma veteran) nutritionist, bone specialist, and others I know inhealth and wellness found these supplements.Upon reviewing my current intake of Amazing Grass superfoods and Garden of life meal replacements felt the additional supplement could spur on the improvement of the obvious needs of these other areas mentioned earlier.Since April have taken this product. Two per day as recommended. Within the two months have noticed an improvement in how my nails grow. Previously they began having age-related dips. My overall health is good so the only factor is age causing the change in this regard.I’m mostly targeting internal improvements specifically with this supplement. Encouraging my body to perk up so to speak. The dips have greatly minimized. As I know it takes about six months for nails to grow out fully I’m committed to seeing what four more months invite. My long mix blond color-treated (only roots) hair texture is slightly improved which could also be due to purchasing the Mane and Tail shampoo with Biotin to help with normal drying due to age-related changes. Although, my hair does feel a little softer. Plus, looks more lovely than prior to the use of this product.I’ve noticed my skin isn’t as dry on my feet and arms. It’s still age related texture lotion encourages, but the tone prior to lotion is better. My face has a natural pleasant vibe that’s more radiant in regards to less dry and more plump. I’m slender build which effects skin differently then if I filled it more with weight. In my case I’ve also been trying a product for about the same amount of time as this one to improve my skins moisture. This all said I’d definitely attribute the supplement to assisting in the overall wellness of my hair, nails, and skin overall. For honestly included other details to encourage people that it’s not just one thing but everything we do that makes us feel better.Oh, and the two cats groom me a lot now. Probably because I taste better 😁 they both approve.Another thought, if you are super nutritionally deficient of these nutrients your body will absorb them like a dry sponge and you’ll notice a huge difference at first which will peek when your body is satiated. On the other hand, if you are doing pretty good with nutrition this product may not produce a huge difference. It definitely won’t hurt. As we age the needs change physically, so maybe at a later date this will help more then.Overall, my commitment is six to eight months to get my body up to par and continue thereafter with maintenance which may include one tablet. Including my other nutrition consumed daily would expect this to work perfectly to maintain my desired nutritional balance until the next need for adjustment.Sincerely hope this review is helpful for others in regards to what may work and not. Plus, when to consider adjustments and why.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me. Depending on your body’s condition and need this may or may not improve your overall health of hair nails and skin

    Works

The pills are huge. If you have a tendency to have a hard time with bigger pills, don’t buy these. I did see my nails grow but not as fast as other things I’ve used.

    Plant-Based Collagen Support

I’ve been using this Garden of Life vegan collagen as part of my daily routine, mainly adding it to smoothies and morning drinks. It mixes fairly well and doesn’t have an overpowering taste, which makes it easy to include consistently. What I like is that it’s plant-based and made with clean ingredients, which fits well with a more wellness-focused lifestyle. After a few weeks of use, I noticed my skin looking a bit more hydrated, and it feels like a good addition to my overall routine. It’s also convenient that it comes in a powder form, so you can adjust how much you use depending on your preference. One thing to note is that results take time and aren’t immediate, and the texture can be slightly noticeable depending on what you mix it with.Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a vegan-friendly supplement to support your daily beauty and wellness routine

    Highly recommend

Great clean quality ingredients, its too soon, its only been a couple weeks so I cant say it it works yet or not. But no side effects and easy to swallow, not really expensive and there’s no after taste id recommend them. Check back later to let you know if it works

Noticeable Difference in Skin Appearance With Consistent UseNoticeable Difference in Skin Appearance With Consistent Use

I started taking Garden of Life collagen when I got more serious about going to the gym and overall wellness, and I used it consistently for about two years before stopping during my pregnancy. When I wasn’t taking it, I really noticed a difference in my skin over time, my face didn’t feel as firm, and fine lines became more noticeable compared to when I had been consistent. It made me realize how much consistency matters with collagen. Now at 36, I’ve started taking it again and I’m about 30 days back in. My skin already looks a bit smoother and more refreshed, with fine lines appearing less pronounced. For me personally, this has been a helpful addition to my routine for supporting skin appearance alongside exercise and overall wellness habits. I made my parents buy it, and recommended it to my sister and cousin. This product WORKS!
