Having bought vitamins from Swansons, Puritan and other bargain spots, I found this product on Amazon and it is by far the best. The ratio of the DHA/EPA you find is quite good and you wind up only having to take one pill a day instead of 2 or 3. It says there is no after taste and that is mostly true. But fish oil is fish oil and now and then I do taste it coming back. But not like with the budget brands. I’ve been on the automated delivery for about a year and I’ll stay there.

I was given a sample of this fish oil by my optometrist for dry eyes. He recommended this brand because he claimed it was the purest fish oil on the market. That was three years ago and I’ve been taking two gels every day ever since. Not only are my eyes more moist, but my hair is thicker and less dry and my skin more supple. Even though I have a lot of natural energy, that also increased after taking CardiO-3. Overall I love this stuff and have recommended it to many friends although I will admit some people say it has no effect on them.

Great product- Orange flavored Burps
I am not one for eating seafood (personal preference) therefore i take fish oil supplements. This one is by far the best. Its a bit expensive but there is no fishy taste or smell. The only thing i’ve noticed is the occasional orange burps which are pleasant.
