Remarkable Increase in Bone Density!
At the age of 63, I showed a bone density increase of 4% on my DEXA bone study this year after 2 years and 3 months taking the Garden of Life Grow Bone System and incorporating power walking 2 miles per day and yoga into my daily routine. As the technician who gave me the good news after my DEXA scan said, “You are the poster child for osteoporosis…your age, blond hair, blue eyes, small frame and fair skin. This is a miracle. Whatever you are doing, just keep doing it!” I told her about the Grow Bone System, and she was familiar with the good results that women have been getting with strontium. She gave me copies of the before DEXA scan picture from 2 years and 3 months ago years ago and the new DEXA scan which shows the 4% bone density increase and that I no longer have osteoporosis and am in the osteopenia to normal range. GOOD NEWS THE GROW BONE SYSTEM WORKS!
I have been taking the Garden of Life: Grow Bone System (Calcium and Strontium citrate) for almost two years. After I received my diagnosis of osteoporosis I started lifting a 5 lb. weight on each limb for 7 minutes twice a day as well as started to take the Grow Bone System. My most recent bone density scan showed that my osteoporosis was rolled back to osteopenia and I knew I had made a good decision.I’m writing because the other day I gave myself two bone density tests when I tripped on the cement sidewalk. The first time I fell directly on my left hip. Not only did I not feel any pain, I didn’t even get a bruise! Then the very next day, while leaving a store, I stepped off a step but did not realize that it was 3 to 4 inches down to the ground. I landed extremely hard on my right heel and felt the impact on each of my vertebrae! It Works!!
My wife has been taking these Grow Bone supplements for 6 years since she was diagnosed with osteoporosis after a bone density exam in 2019. Since then, she has had updated Dexa bone density scans every two years with the most recent being today. In each instance her bone density showed marked improvement from the preceding test.Like many other reviewers, my wife’s bone density results since starting the Grow Bone System are nothing short of amazing! Despite now being in her 60’s, her bone density results are better than they were 8 years ago! She now has better bone density results than her age group (Z Score) but also has gone from osteoporosis to normal bone density in most areas and just slight osteopenia in the others.Back in 2019, her doctor wanted her to take Prolia injections. Prolia is very expensive and can have significant side effects. My wife is so glad she decided to try the Grow Bone System instead! In addition to taking these supplements, my wife is very diligent with daily weight bearing exercises such as walking and pickleball as well as the use of free weights.

It really helps bone density
I’ve been using bone grow for almost two years, just after I found out I had osteoperosis. Last week I had my first dexa scan since I began the product and my report shows my bone density has “substantially increased”. I still have a ways to go, but I will continue using the product and hopefully avoid ever having to get injections.

Does strontium really increase bone density – strontium is denser than bone so the uptake fools the dexa machine. here are facts – beware of strontium based products – Why the Bone Density Data is MisleadingHigher Atomic Weight: Strontium has an atomic weight of roughly 87, while calcium has an atomic weight of 40.X-Ray Blockade (Attenuation): Because strontium atoms replace some calcium atoms in your bone matrix, they block DEXA scan X-rays much more intensely.Overestimated Readings: Studies show that for every 1% of strontium integrated into your bone, your DEXA scan bone density reading is overestimated by about 10%. Up to half or more of the “gains” seen on a scan may just be the heavy mineral fooling the machine.Real Effects vs. False AssumptionsReal (Some Fracture Reduction): Prescription forms like strontium ranelate did show genuine reductions in certain spinal fractures in clinical trials, though it carries real cardiovascular risks like blood clots.False (True Bone Quality): Over-the-counter supplements like strontium citrate are not FDA-approved to treat osteoporosis, and replacing natural calcium with high levels of strontium does not mean your bones are structurally stronger or matching the high numbers on your scan report.Long-Term Skew: Strontium stays in your skeleton for a very long time, meaning it can cause false high bone density readings on your DEXA scans for years—even after you stop taking it.
