Quality product
This product is a little pricier than some but I think it is good quality. It is just the ingredients listed with a cellulose capsule–no fillers. I like that. I also like that the ingredients are mostly organic. My bottle is glass and came shipped in a bubble wrap so it arrived safely from the company. It was fresh and mine expires in August 2025. The capsules are standard in size and easy to swallow. I do detect the ingredients in the scent of them as fennel has a licorice scent which I can definitely smell. I think with this product that is a good thing as I know I am getting what is listed. There are 60 capsules in the bottle and directions say to take one a day with meals so this is a 2-month supply.

Helpful Motility Supplement
I’m a long time buyer of Gaia products and they are always high quality. I love that the ingredients are organic, vegan, gluten free, and free of most allergens. It comes in a glass bottle with liquid capsules that are easy to swallow. I have SIBO and EBV that slows motility greatly and have had a hard time finding a motility product that helps. This product helps keep things moving and not stagnant. The ingredients aren’t the typical artichoke and ginger which doesn’t work for me so I was happy to try this which has a different formulation. I feel the current cost ($45) is fair considering the high quality and potency. Overall, this is a great , high quality supplement and is worth buying.

This Product Made Me VERY VERY SICK
I have been diagnosed with SIBO so I have been determined to find a healthy product that restores colon motility naturally over time. I read all of the reviews of the Gaia Herbs pro MMC Restore and was excited to give it a try. The reviews boasted that the product did not cause stomach distress and most importantly worked. The NOT causing stomach distress was HIGH on my list because I am VERY sensitive. The first 4 days were fine. It did not increase motility but it also did not cause distress. Then on the 5th day all hell broke loose. And NOT in a good way. I began to feel sick and had the worst case of gas that quickly turned into stomach distress and extreme nausea. It got so bad that I had to take off of work. And it still did not increase motility. One would think that with ALL of the PAIN and DISCOMFORT I was enduring it would at least generate a bowel movement. It did NOT. I stopped taking the product for health reasons. As I stated I am very sensitive so unfortunately what worked for other people did not work for me. In fact it was quite the opposite. My health was worsened as a result of this product. I gave two stars instead of zero so that Amazon would not hide the review. I want to be a voice of caution for those with very sensitive systems.
