Seems to be good quality – for long-term support
The directions say to take 2 capsules twice a day, and it says it’s intended for daily use. Another thing the bottle says is that you should avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and tanning while using this product. I think the supplement seems to agree with me. I wish I could just take it when I feel the need, but it doesn’t seem to work that quickly; rather, it’s something for the long term. Overall, I think it’s definitely full of good herbs, and I will continue taking it, as I need some emotional support during a certain time of the month.

This bottle of Gaia Herbs Pro for Emotional Balance capsules contains many of the herbs that in the past have been looked upon as providing a benefit to the body when it comes to helping with anxiety and trouble sleeping. Gaia has long been known for sourcing many of their herbs from their organic farm located in western N. Carolina and I particularly appreciate that Gaia tests their herbs to assure their full potency. Their main ingredient being St. Johns Wort has the potential to work for mild to moderate stress but just be aware that it has also been known to interact with other prescription medications. I’m hoping after regular use it may help me to obtain a better nights sleep and help as well with handling some of the extra stress that comes along with the holiday season. My suggestion as with any supplement is that it’s always important to consult with your doctor or pharmacist before combining this or any other supplement with your prescription medications…

effective but expensive
I tend to find myself getting more stress and strain around the holidays so I like to prepare myself for it in a more natural option. These emotional balance supplements worked quite well. You won’t be feeling a change or improvement immediately, but it is noticeable, at least to me, after a couple of days.The serving size says to take 1 capsule, twice daily. Which I know the benefits of taking something twice a day, but I did find it hard to remember some days. However, when the changes finally started becoming more noticeable I had more energy and felt less inclined to sleep during the day and my mood was overall better. I do find the price to be a bit high, but that’s really up to the user whether they think it will be worth it. I enjoyed the benefits, but I wouldn’t personally willingly choose this at that cost.
