I really believe in Gaia supplements, they make the best, highly concentrated and fully tested, they are the number one brand I trust… And that means a lot to considering I went to Cornell for plant-based medicine. I’ve known for quite some time that health starts with the liver, But I also figured my liver probably wasn’t too congested… Overlooking some really big things that were going on with my body. I’m in my mid 40s and going through perimenopause. Definitely having a lot of complications with hormone imbalance. Most of us women are estrogen dominant and it’s really hard to clear your body of the dirty estrogens since they can reside in tissue, fat cells, and even organs. Sometimes those dirty estrogens get recirculated instead of excreted. I’m suffering from frequent migraines, tiredness, body aches, moodiness, cellulite, stubborn weight gain, swollen breasts, frequent cycles, hair shedding, insomnia. I’ve tried so many supplements to feel better and some seem to help for a little bit but they are never quite the cure I was looking for. Knowing that cellulite happens because your lymphatic system is clogged, I finally decided to start giving my liver some support and see if I can move things along. I literally just got the supplement yesterday and I am already super impressed. The ingredient list is superb, I didn’t get any side effects or headaches, which can be common for me, after taking it. I released so much water weight all day and even during the night, one pound less this morning. That tells me it’s helping to flush my organs which is great! I woke up this morning feeling a little more rested and no soreness. I hope this isn’t placebo and I hope it continues! So far the supplement seems pretty awesome. I’m going to update again after I’ve been taking it for a few weeks
