I am eating 4 because I literally just took it this morning. The taste was not at all what I expected. It doesn’t taste bad at all. I may try it with tea.This was actually recommended by my pcp.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT WHICH ACTUALLY WORKS
Those few negative reviews are truly baffling, they must come from the competition. I was hooked on this syrup from the very first time a friend suggested I use it at the onset of a flu, and I have been a devoted proponent ever since. Gaia may be costlier than the other elderberry syrups, though its quality and efficiency are incomparable. On top of that, it tastes wonderfully. It is thicker than other syrups, thus it could be diluted with a few drops of lemon or orange. For maintenance, start your day with half a teaspoon, and let it slowly caress your throat. Short of your grandma’s homemade version, this is the best product available on the market, hands down.

Very good for colds, sore throat etc.
I use this elderberry syrup at the first sign of a cold or to treat an occasional sore throat. Also used this when I had a very bad Type A bird flu and it definitely helped knock down the symptoms and shortened the duration, this syrup really does boost my immune system. I mix it into some hot ginger tea and add some honey and lemon. Just be sure to keep it refrigerated after first use.

Best tasting Gaia Herbs Black Elderberry Syrup
This has proven to be the best way to improve my immune system. I mix it in with coconut water, almond or coconut milk so I can savor the flavor longer. So easy to use. Just licking it out of the spoon is great but so short-lived. 🙂 Thank you Gaia for a great product to help me stay healthy.

I take this if I feel a sniffle coming on. I’m rarely sick. Does it really work? I don’t know. But it is delicious and won’t hurt to take it so.. why not.
