Hair is thicker
After one month I feel a change to my hair. For one thing, it stays clean longer, gets less oily. I didnt expect that, but I wash it less often now which may help with hair growth. Haven’t noticed new hair, but it definitely feels stronger. healthier and thicker. I take two tabs, 10,000 mcg, as I read it is tolerable and I have no side effects. What I dont need comes out in the wash, if you know what I mean.

Very effective for nail growth and strength
The last few years I have suffered from thinning hair from the medication I take and I was hoping this would work well and help restore some of my hair loss but I’ve had no luck in that area. Works great for my nails, my nails are growing very fast and stronger. If you’re experienced thinning hair from any medication that you have to take every day this may not work for thinning hair, but it does work good for your nails.

Better than gummies
This dosage is simple enough that it does not need to be in gummy form so I looked for tablets. These are a bit smaller than an aspirin tablet and easy to swallow.The reason I use biotin is splitting and ingrown toenails – that problem has gotten much better since starting one biotin dose a day for the last year.
