    All natural..

    These worked!! Had my iron checked and the dr said to keep taking these cuz my iron levels are where they should be! There is no taste and they are a small capsule that is very easily to swallow. I will continue with this brand because they worked! No upset stomach but I also take them while eating. They are very effective as my iron levels have came up to normal!!

    Love that it is organic. Can in a glass bottle with no oder. Very easy to swallow, very small capsule. No upset stomach for me. i did not see much of a difference taking them did not have much of an effect for me.

    Excellent odorless, non irritating, small sized capsule

    This brand is EXCELLENT!! I love the quality so much, I have never had any irritation or discomfort and I feel extremely confident like this is being absorbed by my body. I am grateful to have stumbled upon this brand, and also take the calcium and vegan essentials (vitamin d + Omega 3) supplements from this brand. Despite the years I’ve spent figuring out nutrition and meal planning, what is more economic and most practical for me (being a mom of 3) means I don’t always get 100% of my nutrients from just my meals alone. I’m very grateful to have found a gentle source that works so well and is affordable for me! These will be part of my wellness regimen for the rest of the future, I see no need to search elsewhere.The capsule is small and there isn’t any noticeable odor. I take this first thing in the morning, with my berry smoothie to pair it with vitamin c (evidence based way to take iron). I don’t take calcium until I’m about to go to bed (to avoid the two mineral competing to be absorbed). Hope this review helps someone make their decision!

    Best Vegan Iron Supplement

    Been taking these for at least 8 months and my lab work reveals that my iron levels are normal. I eat a vegan/plant-based diet. My doctor recommended that I take this iron supplement three times a week. Side effects are constipation, for which I take Senna tabs.

    Yes, this works!

    This works!!! My ferritin was at 33 a few months ago and just last week by labs came back at ferritin level of 70. I feel so much better and have more energy since taking this.

    I was anemic and now am not

    I was anemic but now I’m not. This was the only iron pill that helped. I used it for 2 months and now I’m not anemic. My doctor told me I don’t need iron pills now because my levels are perfect.

    Gentle on Digestive. Something worked.

    I hadIron deficiency anemia from giving blood too often at the blood bank. It took several years to recover the blood counts and boost the iron stores. This product was gentle on my digestive system (which was compromised due to iron deficiency anemia) and this year my labs are GREAT. I’m fixed! I don’t know if there is a direct correlation with this product, but it seems probable
