Fruits and Vegetables Supplements
I’ve been vegetarian for nearly 50 years. I have no problem with getting enough vegetables in my diet, but I’m lacking in the fruit area. I like fruit… but I know I just don’t eat enough. I buy various fruits but most end up going bad because I cannot eat it fast enough. So, I ordered these fruits and veggies supplements that come packaged as a pair.These are pricey and although you get 90 of each, you do need to take 3 of each a day so you’re only getting a month’s supply. They are the same size as the usual capsule and easy enough to swallow. If I’m trusting the advertising in the description on the website, it appears it’s a quality product, pure ingredients, healthy for you, and made in the US. I’ve had no stomach upset from taking them, I feel just fine.With supplements, you can only judge their effectiveness over time. So it’s difficult right now to say if they are effective or not because I just started taking them. It might take months for one to notice a difference one way or the other.I only wish that they offered them separately. I feel fine with my daily vegetable intake but I’d like to get the fruit supplement alone – this would make it more affordable for me as well.

I don’t get it…
This is the third or fourth fruit/veggie supplement I’ve tried and I’m just not seeing it. The idea of getting all your nutrition in a pill makes sense on a logical level, but the delivery (drying out and then grinding up) seems like something is missing. I have a hard time with this one in particular because it doesn’t seem to have any science based studies or information available. I will say it’s nice to be able to read all the ingredients without having to look up anything, that’s a plus, but I literally saw no difference in energy or effectiveness for a $50 a month investment. Feels like grabbing a quality salad a day would do the same thing.If I felt any difference, I’d recommend but I didn’t so I won’t..

Overall, I really like these fruit and vegatable supplements from Equal Supplements. The capsules sizes are pretty standard and easy to swallow, generally gentle on my stomach, and the recommended serving is three capsules daily for a roughly 30-day supply (which does seem like a lot per day – but it is advertised like that).
