Good flavor and really does help with energy!
Huge fan of this brand! Each type has different sets of vitamins depending on what you need it for. This was the Energy & Focus and really helped me get through the “lazy” slump of not wanting to get house work done. Took one and sat down at my computer to waste time, 20 minutes later I was getting my list together finishing my house projects! I’d say it worked for about 4 hours for me but really depends on additional food intake/energy to get you through longer. Which was fine with me as I didn’t want it to work any longer!

Extra Strength?
Yes these do work but they are not extra strength. It says on the bottle that each bottle contains 2 doses but that’s not accurate. If you look at the ingredients you’ll see they’re identical in every way to the “regular” single serving. So you’ll need to drink the hole bottle for it to work. That being said, I take one in the afternoon to help me kick the afternoon crash. They give me just the right amount of energy to push through the afternoon but not too strong that I can’t sleep at night. Even if I take one at 4 or 5 in the evening I still can fall asleep at bedtime without any problems. But that’s just me.

This is a solid energy drink. The boost is nice and smooth, no jitters or anything bad since it has 260mg of caffeine in it which is high but not a crazy amount for regular caffeine drinkers. I never get a crash from these so I can’t speak to that.The flavor is okay, it’s got a slight aftertaste but it’s sweet and drinkable, it’s not awful like some other energy shots out there but also not delicious. I could do without the B vitamins but at least they are reasonable amounts so it’s not a big deal.The value compared to other shots is good, but compared to something like caffeine pills not great (though I had problems with pills in the past so I prefer to avoid those.

This is where things get messed up. I ordered this but instead of getting 48, I only got one little box of 12! Looking at the label I see the stickers on the product is the problem as it says it’s a 48 pack, so warehouse scanners would read it as 48 and send it – but it’s only 12. This is why I was sent just 12 instead of 48. I reached out to customer service to say I’d love to review the product but I’d have to mention the fact I only received 12 instead of 48. They told me they would just cancel the order, which is not helpful, (because I already have the box of energy shots), nor what I asked about – and I was concerned that others would also just get 12.So the fruit punch energy shots taste good, are super easy to take because you don’t have to mix them with anything or worry about messy powders and the vitamins, etc. work as intended with good results. But make sure you get 48 and not just 12 due to the wrong sticker label that the automatic scanners are reading to send out.
