Miracle in a silvery pouch
Oh how I love my Naturopath. I had been on prescription heartburn medication for nearly 20 years. Of course the MDs I have seen over the years didn’t give a rat’s *ss as to why my esophagus was on fire, why I’d wake in the middle of the night vomiting up food that I had eaten 14 hours earlier along with a truck load of stomach acid or why NONE of the RX heartburn medications they had put me on truly ever worked, or, or, or…anyway – MDs, go pound sand! This powder has been amazing. I mix a 1/2 a teaspoon of it into a smoothie or other drink twice a day and no heartburn AT ALL. I’ve run it through the paces too…late meals, huge meals, tried and true heartburn starters like chili, Costco hotdogs, V-8 and Coke Classic and ZERO heartburn. One night I fell asleep before I took my evening dose and I woke up at 2:20am with my esophagus starting to burn. I got up, mixed the powder in with some V-8, drank it and within minutes I was able to go back to bed without any burning…even with the V-8 added!!!! I will note that I am a picky eater and have many dietary restrictions and I do not like the taste of Marshmallow Root, it tastes like ginger to me which I hate. I mix it with V-8 or Gatorade or blend it in with my smoothies in the AM and it is tolerable for me. This product works so well that I would probably consume it as-is if I had to, but given the choice I’d rather mix it with something to mask the ginger taste. BTW the reason I had to get off of the RX was because it (like all the others) blocks the absorption of nutrients in the intestinal tract and I was anemic and had several vitamin deficiencies.

I was looking forward to this product. I have bought several other herbs from this company with no problems. I received the marshmallow root powder and upon opening it, has a real bad rancid, sour smell. Can’t send back to Amazon for replacement/refund. Have to go directly thru company. Waiting for a response from them.

This product dies not taste or smell right. It’s not the same as any other marshmallow root I’ve ever gotten before. Amazon won’t issue a refund
