FREEDA CoQ100 appears to be a good supplement for me. It is manufactured in the U.S. at a GMP-approved facility, and is a Vegan and Kosher product. There is a long list of detrimental ingredients (gluten, lactose, etc.) that are NOT included in this product in one of the photos on their Amazon web page.The recommended dose on the label is one tablet per day. At 50 mg per tablet, this is not a high dose of CoQ10 for me, so they are assuming you are getting some CoQ10 in the rest of your diet.CoQ10 is used in the production of energy in cells, so quite vital to my energy level.The tablets are small and easy to swallow. I don’t recall any smell when opening the bottle, and never experienced indigestion or any other side effect from taking the tablets.At time of writing, the price is about twenty cents per tablet, so very reasonable.

It seems that there are so many supplements on the market and in your local drugstore nowadays. Many of them have so many ingredients that it’s difficult (without extensive research) to tell which one does what. This supplement has a single ingredient: “Coenzyme Q-10”, aka Co-Q10. Simply put, it’s an anti-oxidant. It’s meant to increase your energy levels at the cellular level.After taking this supplement, I do feel more energetic. It takes about a week of daily use to really kick into gear – it’s not an instantaneous energy boost. But after a week or so, I did start to feel a bit more energetic throughout the day. Not as many feelings of lethargy, and I’m taking fewer naps now towards the end of the day.I like that the pills are small. It’s easy to add them to the medications I have to take in the mornings and has no adverse interactions with them. For just under $10 a bottle, this supplement is worth a try to see if it helps boost your energy level.

CoQ10 is something I’ve taken a while based on suggestion by my Dr. It’s a natural occuring antioxidants the body uses to support cellular energy production. FREEDA touts putting out a vegan alternative in a tiny tablet form, if vegan is important to you, this brand should catch your eye. These are made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility stating they have been a trusted brand since 1928. Instructions are 1 tablet a day preferably with food and liquid so there is certain value in a bottle this size. An easy step to take towards healthier habits. I’ve had no issues with swallowing, taste or negative effects. I just started the switch to this brand and have been on CoQ10 so I’d anticipate continuing to feel the benefits. It’s too early to tell long term effects and supplements affect everyone differently. I have no negatives to report and based on the ease in taking and cost per pill, would consider returning to FREEDA when I need more.
