    Excellent company and product

    I take Inositol for occasional trouble getting to sleep. I’ve gotten several supplements from Freeda before, because of their reputation and the long time that the company has been in business – unlike most supplement companies.I started using their supplements because my family and I have allergies and sensitivities and their products are just about free of allergens. Also, no preservatives or artificial ingredients and they’re vegan and gluten free. That said, the capsules do contain silica and vegetarian stearate, which I’d rather they didn’t, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me. I have no trouble swallowing them and I detect no taste or odor.

    I want the calming and help with sleep, but I can’t tell if it is the cause of my gastric distress or not. I will have to experiment.

    I am taking this for its benefits. If you were looking for inositol for its benefits, this is a good one. Capsules are easy to swallow with no smell and no aftertaste.

    Switching between brands and this product seems pretty on par with my more expensive supplement

    This Inositol caps are a perfect swap for the brand i was previously taken. I have been using these for a month and feel just the same as what i had with my other brand that was more expensive. Currently using this as a mood / energy booster during the afternoon.

    Easy to digest, no aftertaste

    I’m not sure how effective these have been since I haven’t taken them for very long, but they are easy to swallow and there isn’t any aftertaste or upset stomach after taking them with or without food. If you are looking for inositol, this is an inexpensive option to try.
