Vegan+Kosher+Made in the USA
I was on the lookout for top notch CoQ10 supplements. As I’m in my 50’s now, it was important to me to start using targeted supplements that will perform above what a multi-vitamin does. CoQ10 helps with heart health, gum health, inflammation and your immune system. Adding these into my basic supplement regime was easy to do and I experienced no side effects. I also am attracted to the fact that this brand has been in business since 1928, is kosher and vegan friendly. Just an all round great quality product from production to efficacy.

Not sure if it’s effective…
It’s suppose to help with migraines so I’ve been taking it, haven’t noticed a difference yet tho I hear it can take a couple months to notice a difference so we’ll see. No adverse effects, hopefully it’ll do its job and start making a dent in this chronic migraines.

Looks like a good product
This is a convenient and affordable alternative to the expensive name brand vitamins! Packaged well and looks comparable to the name brand equivalents but at a fraction of the price.

Quality and Kosher
I have been using Freeda vitamins for some time. I can always trust that I’m getting the highest quality with Freeda. Plus, they are kosher, which is very important to me.

Ubiquinone 100 mg: it’s purest form.
Usually I take another ubiquinone supplement that has vitamin E and there is no difference from this ubiquinone that has no vitamin E; I think it is probably because I take the ubiquinone with my fullest meal. I do feel a bit sleepy within the first two hours but after that I feel like I can breathe when working slightly strenuously such as walking fast or light jogging. Usually without the ubiquinone, I feel like I have to gasp for air before I start a little bit of strenuous exertion. Taking ubiquinone really helps keep my skin young, if I wasn’t taking it for some reason my hands are like mummy hands. I replace this kosher ubiquinone version over the one with vitamin E and they function the same. I really like that there are 100 capsules and I can easily swallow the ubiquinone. If you do take ubiquinone on an empty stomach, not only will it irritate you a bit but you won’t get the full effect of it.

Little boost of energy
This stuff isn’t anything crazy. It’s almost like a half shot of espresso. I did notice a crashing feeling afterwards. The capsule size is very small so it’s easy to swallow. Just not my kind of boost.
