Taste Great and Works the same!
I always been a creatine guy thar has tried many products like this one. The one main difference I find with this one is I don’t get the jitters with this like so many others which is a good thing. Many people I know won’t stay taking a product that gives them the jitters when taking it. The taste was on point to not bad at all. I like lemonade as it is so this was right up my alley. Took it for the first time about 20-30 minutes before I hit the gym and I found that my workout was way better than normal. I got way more reps out of squats and bench press than normal. As much stuff as I tried in my life I give this my stamp of approval 👍👏

Mixes well
I have used Forzagen products in the past and feel that it is a reputable brand with high quality products. I like that this particular supplement contains creatine and electrolytes as both of those are important when working out heavily. The powder mixes well in a shaker bottle and there was no residue left in the bottom when using the recommended amount of water. I think it tastes best if the water is really cold, although I am not the biggest fan of the taste. I usually like lemonade flavored things but this is a bit too sweet and I can also taste the artificial sweetener. Pretty much all flavored mixes have that taste though so it’s not just this particular brand.

My review is based off 5 plus weeks of use 3 times a week, I don’t like to review anything unless its been a min of one month and/or 5 uses depending on how its used, lets face it most things seem good right when you get it, you want to know how its working over time.Box/Bag opening and initial thoughts-packaging is pretty sharp looking, says made in the USA in registered FDA facility-always a good thing. Label and instructions are pretty straight forward. Opening had vent foil top, foil was a little hard to get off as I could not get at it from the side, had to cut it then pull-open it at home first if your going to the gym with it. Has a scoop-which is always nice some don’t, but its super long for the container size, I like to put the scoop in the mix with the handle facing up so I can simply grab it and scoop out, not happening here-unless you dig down to the bottom-I cut it shorter. I would say the container is about 60% full-see pic, which I personally do not like-I get it they want you to feel like your getting more for your money or they use the container for lots of products (but its really just a disappointment when you open it like a kale smoothie instead of a fruit smoothie, but I rather have a container that’s easier to store and transport. Has a stay fresh square in it as pictured-some people don’t like those.Use -I hope you like lemonade, because when you open the package it hits you in the face with the smell, I tried mixing it with 8-10oz of water and man the taste was too strong for me, I mixed it with 16oz and then added some more water as I drank it, but I don’t drink much soda or flavored drinks, if you like a strong taste its defiantly there. This is the powder type of creatine so don’t sneeze, I almost always spill some somewhere, but it mixes well with cold water and dissolves generally well. I say about 90% dissolves with a good shake or couple of stirs with a spoon, for me I think 32oz for water is the right mixture for a scoop, if I am at home working out I just do half while working out and the other after after for recovery. I use it 3-4 times a week and find it to be good not great compared to others for creatine, where I think this shines is the electrolytes, its been helpful especially when doing cardio and runs. I think this makes a great summer mix for a run or biking when you really appreciate something with flavor.Final thoughts-I am sure you noticed I got this from Vine, because I write these awesome long reviews and take pics, as I too read reviews and use them to help me make decisions-hopefully you found my review helpful-now would I pay my hard earned side hustle, social monetization or 9 to 5er money for it-I defiantly would, I usually go for flavorless, but really enjoyed mixing it up with this, dosage is about what you expect in this price range. I always consider cost in my reviews and 4 stars is meets my expectation for price paid, I would recommend this to someone.I will update if I encounter any problems, keep on keeping on.

Quality brand and great taste
There are many different supplement brands out there, and it is hard to know which you can trust. When it arrived, it came in very high quality packaging. Very sleek, secure, and tamper evident. The creatine itself was a very fresh, fine yellowish powder. It easily dissolved in my daily protein shake and added a great fruit lemon flavor, perfect with a vanilla shake. It is made in the USA in a FDA regulated facility, which is a must for me. I’ve only just started taking Creatine after intensifying my workout regimen, but I expect Forzagen CREA-Lade to have the desired effect and help my recovery. I’ll definitely be looking for other supplements from the Forzagen brand.
