Easy way to get in magnesium and GABA
I usually spray magnesium on the tops of my feet at night for some intake, but wanted to try something very bioavailable. Before I ever ingest anything from a company I am not familiar with, I research them. I found so many high reviews on this brand from so many different websites and articles that I decided to give it a try. The lavender berry flavor I had was very light and subtle…nothing crazy. If anything, it was a little boring of a flavor. Very very light lavender. I was expecting a more sweet flavor from the berry but honestly, it is kind of nice to have a boring light drink. That way I know I am not taking in a crazy amount of unnecessary sugar. I really like this stuff and had it mid day with absolutely no issues with wanting to fall asleep right after drinking. I plan to try it tonight to aid with sleep, but for now, it served as a nice mid day drink as well.

Not a fan of the taste, rather expensive
For me this mixture had a very bland, slightly bitter taste. Not pleasant for me.I tried it several times, and instead of calming me for sleep, I ended up with fairly vivid dreams. They happened to be unpleasant dreams but I don’t think I can attribute that to this product. Everybody’s body is different so this might be just my unique reaction to the ingredients.On a per serving basis it was also very expensive.On the positive side, the small packages are convenient for travel (and may account for some good portion of the higher cost). I’m also comfortable with the quality and ingredients. Just not for me.

I did not enjoy the flavor. It might help you sleep and to calm you, but I won’t really know because I didn’t like the taste. Others might like it better though.

Great magnesium benefits, but unfortunately the taste was awful. Had to plug my nose and chug these. Definitely not lavender flavor and there’s many other ways out there you can get your magnesium in!!
