Main Staple!
This bad boy has been a main staple in my house for a couple of months now. It really doesnt do much boosting your mood or anything BUT it does make your insides relax. Like if im trying to come down from a prework out high this really helps calm my body so that I can get some sleep. Also its great for the stomach muscles and post work out recovery. There has been times that my stomach wasnt feeling good because of something that I ate, drank this, went to bed and whatever it was didnt bother me through out the night and came out first thing in the morning.

It’s a bit tart
Mixes well in water and is not clumpy. It’s a bit sour so be prepared. Once you get past the first sip it goes better.I tried this product instead of capsules.

Love it, I finished this one and ordered another one. It is tasty, but it doesn’t mix completely, so you have to add more water to drink it all down. The taste isn’t bad, sour-sweet taste
