So I suffer from a lot of illness which makes my immune system weaker than normal. So when I saw that this is good for immunity, I got it.BUT the bad news is that my doctor said NO. You cannot take it as I have issues with my thyroid as well and apparently sea moss can be bad for your thyroid since it has a lot of iodine. -___-Yeah, check with your doctor.It came nicely sealed which put my paranoid heart at ease and I liked that for the price you got enough for 60 days. Pretty decent deal!

Easy to swallow, no bitter taste
I can’t really comment on the health benefits because it’s so subjective. However I can say that the pills are easy to swallow and don’t have a bitter taste to them. I appreciate that they are made in the USA.

Placebo crap
Tried out the entire bottle and it does NOT do anything it says it will.. it’s like taking a placebo! Don’t waste your money nor your time you can’t get back either one

I like the combo of beet root and sea moss. Good size and quality. Gives good energy and can tell the difference when I don’t take it. Will buy again

They didn’t agree with me after about 2weeks so I stop taking them I’m disappointed because I bought 2 bottles even though they said the health benefits were supposed to be good for you

That Sea Moss be careful with it
I had headaches taken this, and I didn’t feel right and when I stop taking it my body felt better I had heard about the sea Moss maybe was bad. And I had it to re-order in 4 months, but I will not be re-ordering this again.
