Caused gastric upset
I have heard about the wonderful properties of several types of mushrooms for years so when I found this supplement I thought I’d give it a shot. The dosage recommendation is two capsules per day but I took one for the first 3 days then bumped it up to 2. For the first few days my gut was a little off, but to the degree that it could be any of several things. When I went up to 2 per day I was in active gastric distress. abdominal cramping, nausea, and very loose stool. I stopped taking them after 2 days and the symptoms stopped.

I’ve had at least 1 beet supplement before, and taking it with my other meds/supplements, it would make everything taste like dried beets. With this supplement, I got less of that sensation. The capsules are easy to swallow. You get 2 months of doses in 1 bottle. For the price, I’m satisfied with the claims. That being said, I can’t say if the claims are true. Over the 2 months of taking this supplement, I can’t say I felt significantly better over the previous 2 months. However, this is the case with most supplements. Instead, I expect them to maintain my wellness instead of increasing my feelings of wellness. That would be like eating spinach and literally turning into Popeye; it just doesn’t happen in practice. But eating spinach will definitely improve your overall wellness in the long run.

I normally take the powdered beetroot and the powdered mushroom now I can take one capsule twice a day and I’m done. Simple as that.

This Force Factor Beetroot + Mushrooms supplement is great. It’s full of beneficial ingredients and the serving size is 2 capsules a day. They are easy to swallow and easy on my stomach. They arrived safety sealed and fresh with an expiration date out almost 3 years from receiving them.
