I’m glad this was a 10 day trial pack. They’re using the 00 capsule which is larger than I’m willing to use. (I wish the manufacturers had to put capsule sizes on the labels.)I do find arginine useful. You can get it in powder form and it’s generally cheaper. Some people don’t like to mix things and find capsules better. (And think they help it through the stomach.) But look elsewhere unless you handle the big capsules easily.

This is a high quality supplement with no fillers that does what it should. It helps increase blood flow for workouts and you get a noticeable pump with it. For men it can also increase the blood flow to your lower regions and help with erections which is noticeable to me. This brand itself seems to be high quality. It’s made in the USA and doesn’t have any weird fillers or extra stuff. I also think it’s cool that they sell little sample packs and really wish more supplement companies would do the same. Kind of like a try before you truly by type deal. L-arginine is usually very reasonably priced so I do feel like the price of this is a tad high compared to some of their competitors, however it’s probably worth it to support an American company
