   Folic Acid is a must for every one.

   I purchase the Folic Acid for my high blood pressure. Not your typical women who may become pregnant type of situation (and if you plan on having a baby within 5 years please please take folic acid and eat dark leafy greens. It can’t hurt only help. But after doing lots of research I took the dive and decided to add this to my daily routine in addition to still eating those dark leafy greens. Aftter lots of research I found this was the best bang for your buck as far as mgs to money. The pulls are teeny and easy to take and I look forward to seeing what this building block of life has to offer.
