I tried this out yesterday for the first time and was very shocked at how will it worked. Nocked off Star because I did still experience some bloating still but not anything near what I expected. Unlike basic digestive enzymes, this formula actually targets the complex FODMAPs (fructans and fructose) that cause major IBS flare-ups.Taking it with my first bite of a “risky” meal drastically reduces painful, trapped gas and bloating. It gives me freedom when dining out where I can’t control the ingredients. The capsules are small and easy to carry with you anywhere.Just keep in mind that timing is everythin, you have to take it with the food, as it won’t reverse bloating if you wait until you already feel sick. I am VERY sensitive to alliums (onions and garlic) and lactose (dairy). This product has allowed me to eat salsa again! I would say it’s very effective. I have had no ill effects from eating trigger foods where usually I’m sick the rest of the day. It’s definitely pricey for everyday use but if like me you just want to be able to dine out without worry now and again, it’s totally worth it. Will be buying again and would recommend to a friend.

It worked!
This product was a miracle for me. I have hEDS and POTS and have had bloating and constipation, and was retaining water around my belly, back, and face. My metabolism slowed down because of this and I was this way for a few years. I had already converted to a lactose free milk and had tried cutting back on FODMAPS. When I heard of these, I thought I would try them. I only had to take these for about 3 days and it cleared everything out over a couple days afterwards and not in a fun way. I stopped taking them, but have not noticed my bloating and other symptoms return. Over the course of a couple more weeks, my body returned to its normal metabolism and I have not had to really watch what I eat or make changes in my diet. I would go through it all over again if I needed it.

Working well so far!
It’s working pretty well. Very convenient to have a digestive enzyme that will take care of FOD-MAP foods as well as other foods. No messing around with sprinkling powders on your food and still have to take regular digestive enzymes for non FOD-MAP foods as well. I’m still in the experimental stage, but so far it’s working well. One negative thing, is that Amazon limits how many bottles you can buy at one time, and one bottle is only a 15 day supply. Not an insurmountable problem, but an inconvenience for sure! Will buy it again definitely in spite of that. I would recommend this to others.

CAUSES VIOLENT, EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA
I have been using a competing product very successfully for about 6 months now with no side effects; I decided to try FODAWAY as the idea of a capsule was appealing to me instead of having to apply a powder to triggering foods. Little did I know that these things, even at a half dose, trigger MASSIVE EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA in me. On the upside, I don’t get my usual IBS symptoms from fructans but the downside is the EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA WITHIN 2 HOURS OF TAKING THESE. I am going back to the competitor’s product and will be steering clear of anything by Innermatters going forward.

I loveeee this digestive enzyme! The quantity is a great value for the money spent and there is no taste. I usually am pretty bloated but it seems as though it’s working pretty well since I haven’t been as bloated since taking this supplement. Definitely recommend!
