Review:After a couple weeks, I do feel positive differences in my mental focus and clarity, as well as daily memory recall. The vitamin C and B are huge bonuses for me. Definitely worth the buy for the price! Will buy again for sure.

Strong for me
I think I’m sensitive to supplements. I don’t do caffeine and saw this has some in it so there’s that too. I’m on my second dose and I’m only taking one capsule not the suggested two. It’s super-strong wow. I got this bc I have to write for long periods of time and I’ve found I just don’t have the mental endurance to do it consistently. I think this is helping. I actually want to sit and write. I literally hear my mind say OK I have to take a break and then some other part of me takes over and I just keep writing. It’s rather interesting to witness. I generally struggle with major anxiety. I do notice this product gives me major restless leg especially as it starts to wear off. I’m just going to have to deal with that bc I need to be productive. I’m planning on taking one capsule every other day and see how the productivity goes. But I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. So far so good.

Awesome focus
I only gave this 4 stars because I’ve only taken it once: this morning during breakfast. I haven’t been taking it long enough to report an amazing 5 star review. But my 4 stars is well deserved because within 30 minutes of taking (probably less than that) I felt extreme focus and attention to detail in conversation with my husband while he was talking. Normally, I struggle to actively listen because my mind wanders on rabbit trails and tangents while he’s talking (I’m not add). But this morning after taking it I was completely zoned in, focused, and actively listening with no internal distractions from myself. This is actually pretty good news considering I’m a menopausal woman who struggles to focus and remember things in conversation due to hormone changes. This did the trick! Easy to swallow, no funky scent, good price, and hoping it only gets better from here. Will keep taking.
