Not working for my major bloat & inflammation; might work for minor issues
I really wanted to love these! I have a ton of inflammation in my body and I need to get rid of it. A lot of mine is hormonal, plus some other autoimmune things. While I’m trying to get that diagnosed, I need to feel better! I’ve tried a lot of the ingredients that are in here (either separately or in other supplements), and they’ve worked for me in the past. Right now, though, I’m still retaining so much water.Maybe this will help some people, but I don’t think the ingredients in here are very strong. I looked up the therapeutic dose for a few of them, and they’re very minimal. Just look up the therapeutic dose of dandelion, for example, and compare it to what’s in here!A prescription diuretic is working better for me right now. If you have minor bloating, this might work for you. They’re really easy to take and don’t cause any side effects for me. They don’t leave a nasty taste behind, and I don’t have any vitamin burps.
