No discernable difference after using near all of the pot.
I can’t really give this product because I am unaware of any effect that they have had on my eyes. My wife and I have taken these capsules, and neither of us has noticed any change in our eye health. I can say that the capsules come well packaged and with clear instructions. I can also confirm that the capsules have no taste to them and they have no odor either. Once taken, the capsules cause no digestive issues. I can’t say much more than that, really. It will be interesting to see if my eye doctor notices and changes when I have my vision test next week.

This seems to be a decent quality Lutein complex so far.- Capsules are uniform in color and fill, and very easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effect- Price/Value is pretty decent- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven’t seen a finished product COA yet)- I can’t find any reliable 3rd party testing for this brand – they seem relatively unknownI haven’t had any problem taking these thus far, but I’m only giving 3 stars for now until I have a chance to view a verifiable 3rd party finished product COA from an accredited lab verifying potency claims, from the seller or manufacturer, for this product. If/when I receive that, I’ll revise my review accordingly.

I want to protect my eyes and eyesight and am always looking for vitamins that are specifically known as supporting eye health. Lutein, derived from Marigolds, is one of the most well known This supplement also contains Black Pepper Extract, which helps with bioavailability. The dose is only one capsule a day and the container has 60 capsules, so this product will last long enough to give it a real try.

Good ingredients and no side effects, but hard to notice a real difference
I have been trying to make sure my supplement routine covers areas in my diet that might be missing, and eye health was one of those areas. I came across this supplement and started wondering what lutein and zeaxanthin were actually supposed to target. According to my research, they are carotenoids (you might have to look that up) that concentrate in the macula of the eye and are believed to help protect against macular degeneration, reduce oxidative stress, and provide other eye-related benefits. With a family history of macular degeneration, the high potency and combination formula made me decide to give it a try. I am happy to say it had zero side effects while taking it with no stomach issues and no headaches that would give me pause. This let me work it into my routine without any worries, which I always appreciate with a new supplement. That said, I noticed very little change in my eyes in either feel or performance during the month I took it. It feels like the ingredients are meant more for maintenance and slow, gradual changes that would likely be more noticeable over a longer stretch of time than just one month. I am not ready to count it out yet but I may just need to give it more time before I can fairly judge whether it is truly making a difference.

Florida Sunshine Lutein seems to be helping my eyesight
I have been using this supplement for 1 month now and have another month to go on this bottle. I was just telling my friends the other day that the shadow I was seeing at night from my cataract seems to have gone away. I’m thinking I need to reorder this so that I have consistent intake of lutein. This says it’s made in the USA but a lot of the description in the ad is in, I believe , French so am only going by what I know Lutein is capable of doing. As if this review the subscribe and save is the same price as the one time purchase price.As with all supplements, consult your health care provider and do your due diligence.

These seem to help me with eye fatigue. I stare at screens all day and this seems to help me focus a little better for a lot longer.I have read Lutein is good for your eyes. These seem effective for that purpose. The bottle is regular sized and not an issue. The pills are slightly smaller than regular sized pills and quite easy to handle or swallow. For the money you get a pretty good amount that should last you awhile.

I plopped this set of supplements in my cart on a whim when it popped up in my recommended items. Personally, I don’t have any retinal/macular problems—I’m 29 years old, and really my only eye complaint is that I’m very near-sighted. However, I did some research and noticed that it can also help prevent these conditions; in addition, some studies showed it can even help with memory and cognition! Prevention is better than cure, and what’s one more supplement in the morning in addition to a daily multivitamin?Truthfully, I haven’t noticed much of a difference. That’s to be expected though—how would I notice if something is being prevented from happening at a future date? It’s difficult for me to say if they “work” or not for this reason. However, what I CAN say is that science supports the use of lutein complex, and I haven’t noticed any downsides or side effects. As someone who works at a retinal surgery clinic, I can safely say that anything you can do to prevent these issues will save you a lot of trouble in the future. I feel that it’s worth taking for the extra bit of peace of mind, especially if there doesn’t seem to be any downside!I suppose I could talk a bit about the flavor as well, but really there wasn’t much of one! The supplement comes in little capsules, so it doesn’t taste much different than your usual medicine capsules. It maybe has a slight vitamin taste if anything, but it was easy to swallow and didn’t least a bad aftertaste.It’s also worth noting that the bottle mentions it doesn’t contain several common allergens—as someone who is mildly allergic to yeast, I appreciated the heads up!
