Can be taken with or without food. If you are unable to swallow the capsule, open the capsule and mix contents into soft food (applesauce, yogurt, etc.) or beverage (water, juice, etc.). Do not mix into any carbonated, very hot (above 122°F) or alcohol-containing beverages. Consume within 30 minutes after mixing. Storage Keep at room temperature. Do not store in the refrigerator.
