Best cure I would reccommend for G.E.R.D. but I’m not a doctor, nor do I play one on tv
I was diagnosed with G.E.R.D many years ago. If you don’t know what G.E.R.D is then you are lucky. Gastric Esophageal Reflux Disease is basically Acid reflux on steroids. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I suffered from this and after being diagnosed I had to change my diet. I ate a lot of salad and I had to eat hours before going to bed and I had to cut out pizza and anything that other people just eat because they want to. The thing is even after changing my diet so extreme, every now and then I would get bouts of acid reflux! So I tried the medcline pillow and if you thought changing my diet was tough. Try sleeping on this pillow. It’s huge! and I woke up with even worse back pain than I normally have! I spent $250 for a pillow I can throw in the trash. Now don’t get me wrong I tired it and used it for many months but yep you guessed it. Acid reflux! How am I having this issue still? I’m eating like a rabbit and I’m inclining in my sleep? So I’m desperate because when you wake up with acid reflux. It doesn’t go away. You lay back down and it comes back up the second you relax and you might as well say, no sleep for me tonight.I tell you all of that to tell you this. I saw an ad on Tik Tok for this stuff and this guy says, ” This isn’t made to stop your acid reflux but people reviewing it say they are being cured of acid reflux or chronic episodes of G.E.R.D.” At first I was thinking, no way is that possible but in the back of my mind I’m like, what if it does? I looked at the price and I’m thinking well if it works I’m saved if it doesn’t I’m out $50. I bought a pillow way more expensive then that so let’s give it a shot. I am happy to say it has stopped the acid reflux issues and I sleep on a normal set of pillows. I will be 100% honest I had one bout of acid reflux since taking this. I may have over eaten that night or ate too late or something but in my opinion. This item has cured me and has done better quicker than anything else I have ever tried to rid me of G.E.R.D, I’m not a doctor, I’m not a paid person by the maker of this product. I’m just a guy that had a serious issue and I believe that this product is the cure for my acid reflux / G.E.R.D. If my review makes another person with this issue take a chance and try it then I have helped someone else and that is all I wanted.The taste is pretty rough the first few times. It’s like an apple cider vinegar ( that’s my best comparison as far as what to expect ) when you try it. I have to say it took a few days to get use to it but I take it every morning, first thing, before anything else and I don’t chase it or mix it with anything. I want the full effectiveness of it without dilution so I take a shot of it and I wait a few minutes and I start taking my daily vitamins. This product has saved me and I buy it monthly.

If I could give this product a million stars I would!I have always had a not so great digestive system my entire life but as a young adult I never really had an issue with eating until my late 20’s when I suddenly became lactose intolerant and had some gluten intolerance as well. Once I turned 30 my list of foods I could eat became pretty restricted and fell into the FODMAP diet, by 31 I found myself unable to eat anything other than the processed carbs & a small amount of very lean protein. I was unable to eat any vegetables and DEFIANTLY NO GREEN VEGGIES. I love vegetables and always felt like Popeye when I ate them but at that moment they made me feel HORRIBLE – insane amount of bloating to the point that it physically hurt, made me faint like, and had me regurgitating. These symptoms began to occur with any meal I ate and any supplement including probiotics or digestive enzyme pills. After so much research I figured that my micro biome has been compromised and needed some extreme TLC by introducing healthy gut bacteria back into my digestive system, I found this product on Amazon and with all my disparity I gave it a shot.After trying it out, to my grateful surprise I instantly began to feel better after day 1 of taking it – I did as instructed on the bottle, 1 to 2 tablespoons on an empty stomach in the morning. I began taking this back in April 2025 and have not stopped taking it since (I am on my 3rd bottle – takes me about 1 month to finish a bottle as long as I don’t over pour). I have found that after 3 months I can finally eat a whole yogurt serving without the symptoms of lactose intolerance and I am very slowly introducing cooked vegetables back into my diet as I am already traumatized by fresh green veggies I will take my time LOL. According to my research a compromised micro biome takes at least 3 to 4 months to repair as long as one stays consistent, so far this has been working for me. The taste is like apple cider vinegar, but for some reason to me the flavor is just not that bad and I drink it without mixing anything in. I think that it is potentially because my body really needs the acids and my brain dilutes the acidic flavor because it is what I need, but that’s just a theory.Also, I never had issues with shipping, the bottle is always perfect when it arrives to my house. I must mention that after I take this I cannot take any more pre/pro/postbiotic supplements because they make me feel bloated making their advertisement of being the only gut health product you need true. If this product is not working for you, I can only assume that either you don’t have a terrible digestive system or you have something that is beyond the help of Live Probiotic and would advise to consult a doctor.If the company has a different product that does the same thing in pill form I MUST KNOW WHAT IT IS, as it would make traveling so much easier and less of a headache. I still have not figured out how to travel by plane with this product safely, especially when traveling out of the country.

Very pleased. I actually have been eating again. The taste is rough but it’s well worth it! I noticed a difference the 2nd day. At first there was a very slight discomfort ìn my stomach but that’s getting better. It’s nothing compared to the discomfort from poor digestion. Flora Biome may be a bit pricey but again I’ll make sure I afford it for the relief im getting. Very minimal acid reflux. I am super satisfied!!!

Tastes like strong kombucha, but has potential to work
Good flavor, can be consumed plain, on its own. Took off a star bc it must be refrigerated after opening AND consumed within approx 45 days (apologies, I no longer have the bottle, but check the ad photos bc that info should be clearly labeled). Also, unless you have detailed knowledge re: microbiome stabilization, I’d recommend speaking to a holistic M.D., or at very least, a trusted herbalist before introducing anything with both prebiotics and probiotics as part of the product. There are no quick fixes when it comes to a regimen dedicated to restoring healthy muscosa of the intestinal lining after a serious flare of IBD, have been experiencing GERD (*I wouldn’t recommend this product for GERD or hiatal hernia sufferers bc it is carbonated), or even just plain bloating. If you are investing in this product, make sure it’s right for your body. Otherwise, it’s going to end up going to waste like a forgotten bottle of opened kombucha…Personally, I don’t open my refrigerator often enough to remember to take my daily shot, so this product wasn’t for me. However, there is potential that it may work for you under the right circumstances (most products recommend that you invest in a supply that lasts 90-days.

The first bottle I bought every dose worked so well. Was so happy to find something that did! The second bottle i bought, on the first dose, I could tell it wasn’t working as well. It’s like it was weaker or something. I’m real bummed about it and having to make the decision whether or not to buy it again.

This is my first ever review. For years I suffered with bloating, low energy and poor digestion and constipation. I tried everything.
