I like that it is not just colored sugar water pretending to be healthy.The two flavors are Tropical Punch and Lemon Berry. Both taste good, mix easily into water, and do not leave a gritty mess at the bottom of the bottle. They are sweet, but still drinkable. I would not say they taste completely “natural,” but for a kids’ wellness drink mix, the flavor is better than I expected.The sticks are also nice for busy days, school trips, sports, or just keeping in the kitchen when someone needs something besides plain water. Way too sweet!
I added water according to the package directions, and it was so extremely sweet that it was undrinkable to me. So I doubled the water amount and it was still terribly sweet. I even quadrupled the water and still found it too sweet for my tastes personally. It also didn’t seem to mix in very easily – there were particles floating around even after a lot of stirring. I like the idea of all the supplements in one convenient package. And the flavor was nice if weren’t for the excessive sweetness. I did see that it is sweetened with stevia, which is nice for those prefer natural ingredients and who stay away from artificial sweeteners, but since stevia registers much sweeter on the tongue much less should have been used.

Decent Flavor. Numerous Benefits
The Flip My Life Flip Stix for Kids have a decent taste to them, with many functions, providing Electrolytes for hydration and Probiotics for gut health, plus ‘immune support’ whatever that is. Honestly, our whole family tried them and all like both flavors equally. No tummy issues and did seem to provide sustained hydration during hot outdoor activities.I love the portability and convenience of the small packs they come in and the canister keeps them dry n fresh.Electrolyte drink mixes are very popular today, and you can certainly stick with Pedialyte or Gatorade for at home premade use. I try to stay away from sugar and salt unless necessary, but need to have it on-hand for stomach bugs, after a night of too much fun, and for pre-and post-op hydration support. The Flip Stix are a better choice because of the list of ingredients and added benefits. Slightly pricier than many but the quality is superior. For that reason I would recommend. 4 STARS

Can’t get past the taste
Does not fully dissolve, even after 5 minutes of stirring. Mixed with 8oz of water and it was way too strong, had to fill it it a lot more to get past the vitamin taste. I tried it myself before giving to my kids and they didn’t like it either. I would recommend mixing this powder with a fruit smoothie because mixed with water it just is hard to make yourself drink. I appreciate the nutritional value of this and the convenience of it being individual sticks, but there are much better tasting supplements out there that don’t taste like a vitamin.This is the second “add to water” Flip brand supplement I’ve tried and both of them have had a weird taste and don’t fully dissolve. No one wants to drink gritty water. It should be labeled as a smoothie additive or something. Would not buy again.

I’m not a kid, but I like the ingredients in this, especially the addition of probiotics. The flavor is nice and not too artificial tasting. It is not too sweet and I didn’t realize it had stevia until I read over the list of ingredients again for this review. I normally detest the taste of stevia and can spot it instantly, but not in this case, so kudos!This came sealed, which may be overkill, but I also think this may be part of their packaging. I don’t think this needs to be in a plastic canister, it seems like excess plastic, but their other product comes in the same size, so, again, this may be ease of manufacturing than changing up production to be more eco-friendly.I found the seal difficult to open. I was ready to get a pair of pliers! Also, the tear piece is set into the sealed part of the tube and the folded seam of the tube, so tearing doesn’t get you anywhere. I had to cut with scissors. I had a similar experience with some collagen packets I brought on a trip and I had to borrow scissors for my stay from guest services. Other than that, I like these and appreciate the travel-friendly packaging.

I wasn’t as offended by these as I was expected to be.
I tend to dislike products with stevia in them, and that’s the only reason I’m giving this product four stars instead of five. It’s that odd sweetness that stands out like the one cow in a field of one hundred cows that’s penetrating your soul with its stare, and the lingering aftertaste. Everything else about it, I love. I love that it’s vegan, that there are no dyes, that there are probiotics, that there’s fun flavor behind the stevia, and that jar is amazing. I’m keeping the jar.I love that there are no sugar alcohols. I’m also not into anything resembling kool-aid or anything resembling a good-4-u-all-in-one drink, but this has potential. I might actually drink a whole serving if they decide to remove the stevia. Why does everyone think that everything needs to be sweet like candy? It doesn’t.An odd note, the red package contents turned orange, and the yellow package contents turned red.They did stain a white porcelain sink, so that did require some scrubbing.I needed scissors to fully open each package across the top. It wasn’t enough that there was a starter perforation.
