Honest review, purchased item, no affiliation with company.We read in the 1-star reviews that some people hate the taste of these. I don’t deny that may be their experience, but that’s likely either a personal taste issue (people have different tastes) or they got a bad batch… because I actually like the taste of these to the point I look forward to having one every morning. I noticed one of the 4-star reviews stated “my son likes the taste, my daughter doesn’t.” So some people may be very sensitive to mineral taste. I suggest they try gummies. Personal taste doesn’t make this a 1-star vitamin.IMPORTANT: REFRIGERATE. People report these developing “black spots”. Vitamins (like many “foods”) need to be kept in the refrigerator once they are opened. Since this bottle is a SIX MONTH supply (a year for children)… refrigeration is essential. At the very least the iron will start oxidizing in room air, so one can expect some discoloration over time. (Note: even the standard Flintstones contain SOME iron… which is good as most people don’t get enough.) Others report these staining their teeth. One should always rinse and swallow after taking a chewable vitamin, to avoid minerals discoloring teeth.Positive things: these have a variety of nutrients in them, in reasonable quantities. They offer a good dose of the B vitamins, as well as some essential minerals, A, C, E and Zinc. That’s a great combo. Plus, it’s 9 cents a dose and there are enough tablets to last six months for adults (a year for children). That’s quite reasonable.These were recommended to me for adults… and when we look at the label we find that this is indeed an adult vitamin, despite the cartoon label. (Children take half a dose.) The only negative I can find at all is that these don’t have an exact breaking point for half a tablet, but it’s a vitamin, not a critical medicine. “Close enough” is fine. (That said, a scoring line would be helpful.)As an adult who has been chewing adult vitamins for quite some time (bleh) to help in digesting them, the flavor of these is delightful… and they provide a wide variety of vitamins and minerals. Quite pleased with this purchase. I hope the price remains reasonable, because that was a major selling point.Again, from my experience I don’t find these at all badly flavored. Tasty in fact. Then again, people’s perceptions differ. I can guarantee they taste a LOT better than a regular multi-vitamin chewed. ;D

Great Chewable Vitamin
These are labeled as Kids Vitamins – but work well for adults that want/need a chewable vitamin. Flavors are good – I’m not a fan of the cherry but that is my problem. No after taste. Don’t open these large bottles until you are ready to use them – if they sit too long, they will start to degrade. They really need a dark air tight storage container.

Balanced & Digestible
I was told to take these after a gastric bypass so I know they contain a good balance of vitamins and are easily digestible. My husband likes them, too. The flavors are not bad either. They don’t melt but if you live in or take them to a very humid climate, keep them in an airtight container. I put my pills in a pill dispenser so I don’t have to open a lot of bottles every day. When I went on a two week vacation to Costs Rica, they started to disintegrate in the pill dispenser. I recommend them.

Still killing it since the 90’s
10,000 strong…and growing! These are the same from the 90’s. Shaped liked a 50’s tv show cartoon characters. Taste like eating chalk. BUT! My kids eat them everyday. Combine them with a gummy vitamin and the blow isn’t that bad.
