Taste good, convenient
I had purchased another supplement that I had to swallow with fluids. Gummies are a little more convenient and motivating to take. These taste good and are easier to take regularly. They do not make me gag are are easy to swallow after having been chewed . The ad says you can take these any time of day, I ake them at night opposite of my levothyroxine. They do not keep me up at night. I have been taking these a week. Not sure if I feel any differently. I have chronic swelling, I do not really see a difference.

Tastes good and easy to take.
I got these for my cousin who has Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism and was interested in trying a thyroid-support supplement. It includes iodine, which should be used with caution since it can worsen autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s. Bladderwrack and kelp are additional sources of iodine, so the same caution applies. Vitamin B12 is at 1,042% of the daily value—an unnecessary megadose. Ashwagandha and ginseng can also have hormonal effects and should not be taken long-term. I do not recommend taking this without MD approval.While the product is made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, transparency is lacking. The Fling website states that third-party testing is done, but it does not include a certificate or link. The website is geared toward feelings and reassurance rather than providing factual information. In the “About Us” section, it states: “We don’t think you need to be ashamed of your health and wellness. We all have things we need to work on. On the positive side, the texture itself is really pleasant – soft to chew and it doesn’t get stuck in your teeth. They do stick together a little in the bag but they pull apart easily. I actually liked the wild blackberry flavor.They don’t affect my focus and I haven’t seen any weight loss effects. They did improve my mood which was very effective, but made me a bit jittery.Where I paused is the formula itself. I have Hashimoto’s so I have to be very careful with what I take. This has iodine added, plus kelp and bladderwrack which are also natural sources of iodine, and for autoimmune thyroid issues that can be an issue and make things worse. The B12 is also over 1000% of daily value, which seems way higher than needed. It also has adaptogens like ashwagandha and schisandra in the blend, which can affect hormones and are not ideal to use continuously for a long time. This is definitely something I would not keep taking without running it by my doctor first.The pouch says made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, and the brand says they do third party testing, but I couldn’t find any actual lab reports or certificates linked anywhere. Their website focuses a lot more on emotional reassurance than on clear facts and data, which made me less confident.Nice taste and chew, but too many question marks for me as someone with Hashimoto’s.
