I had purchased another supplement that I had to swallow with fluids. Gummies are a little more convenient and motivating to take. These taste good and are easier to take regularly. They do not make me gag are are easy to swallow after having been chewed . The ad says you can take these any time of day, I ake them at night opposite of my levothyroxine. They do not keep me up at night. I have been taking these a week. Not sure if I feel any differently. I have chronic swelling, I do not really see a difference.

Thyroid support gummies
The thyroid gummies have several ingredients that are supposed to support thyroid function, as well as some essential minerals that you might find in a multivitamin or other type of supplement. The directions are maybe a little confusing, since it says to take two daily before a meal, one in the morning and one in the evening. The serving size is two gummies. Usually I would interpret it to mean one serving for each dose, but I don’t think that’s actually what is intended here.The flavor is wild blackberry, and I think they taste great. It is definitely easy to take them alone, or with a sip of water. They maybe have a tiny bit of gritty texture, but I can’t taste anything “off” in them – and I personally think ashwaganda has a strong and distinct smell to it, as well as copper, so to not taste them is excellent. I maybe feel a little bit more energetic, but I don’t know if that is related to the vitamins, the minerals, or the herbal supplements, since I had not been taking any of those recently. Either way, I feel like they are beneficial to me.
