I just started using this cause I’m in the process of trying to loose weight but l noticed something about it it makes you get warm blooded meaning if you’re cold it makes you warm it surprised me l actually had to Google it because l was like what the hell then l read about it, it comes in handy if you have to travel in the cold l also read it takes a while for them to take affect on the body so with this and the other thing l take plus riding the bike will definitely come in handy l just have to wait to see the results but so far it seems ok l would recommend it if anybody else is on a diet but l researched these things before l ordered them from Amazon some people just take a chance.By the way its good to take a chance in life but depends on what it is but when it comes to loosing weight l say definitely do your research before you just try anything.
