    I finally finished this delicious bottle! I loooove the Bergamot Orange extract, a very fresh tasting flavor! No sign of fishiness flavors here either! And no burping LOL LOLThe gelatin/pectin texture texture is perfect, not sticking to my fillings/crown and yanking them out LOL. They are less sticky than a Haribo gummy candy. Super easy and soft to chew up quickly.The gummy bear design is so cute and great for appeasing to children, so maybe hide them from curious kids as these are not formulated for kiddos. When i was 2, I easily limbed up on the bathroom counter and ate an entire bottle of orange flavored baby aspirins and my momma took me to the ER where they pumped out my stomach LOL.I love this formula and am now on my 2nd bottle. I might be a orange flavor vitamin addict LOL. Take 2 daily, there’s 60 in this bottle. It has 800 mg EPA and 400mg of DHA. For most healthy adults, a combined daily intake of 250–500 mg of EPA and DHA is the minimum recommendation for general health. I have cardiovascular issues that run in my family for generations, so I opt for a higher intake.I love the addition of Black Garlic Oil (can’t taste it) and Olive Leaf Oils! I take a tspn of Olive Oil daily and I sometimes eat straight up from the jar a sweet black garlic–super healthy!This is a value for money (Viners pay income taxes on free products, so we are all SELECTIVE with what we order).I LOVE LILICARE products…this is my go-to for all things vitamin. I HIGHLY recommend them! I take several of their supplements like the Calcium Mg and Spirulina gummies. Happy Health to all!

    Easier Way to Get Your Omega-3

    i have the Fish Oil Omega 3 Gummies 1500 mg for Adults made by Lilicare. Many of us need more fish oil and omega 3 in our diets but unless you eat a ton of fish it’s hard to get. Now after a tough year of chemo and other treatments I am building my body back and determined to incorporate helpful supplements. I struggle to take fish oil supplements though – the fishy taste makes me gag – so I was curious how these gummies would work and if they would truly hide the taste or not.Pros:- Great dose of EPA and DHA. You are getting a quality fish oil supplement with this amount of Omega-3s.- Other great heart healthy ingredients in CoQ10 and Vitamin E plus other anti-oxidants.- Mild orange taste, no fish taste. There is a slight aftertaste in these gummies that I can’t put my finger on. It’s not bad and not fishy, which is the main concern for me. It doesn’t taste like yummy orange fiber gummies, but it gets a pass and much better than swallowing a large horse pill for omegas.- Good gummy texture. Lilicare makes many gummies that are firm on the outside and soft/gushy on the inside, and I don’t love that… fortunately these are not that way – they are solid gummy just like candy.Cons:- I wish it did not contain Red Yeast Extract. This is a hit or miss ingredient depending on other medications you take. I have to be careful with anything that might affect Liver function, so I had to stop using these gummies. The rest of the family is able to continue taking them fortunately.These gummies are a solid option for anyone that needs more Omega-3s and doesn’t like huge pills or fishy taste/aftertaste. I use many Lilicare supplements and have found this to be a trustworthy brand.
