I’m comparing this to another liver supplement I bought. I tasted both. The other has a strong, unmistakeable liver taste. This one doesn’t have that much flavor. It’s also a bit gritty and I don’t know why it would be that way considering how soft liver is – the other was a fine powder.That’s all I can really say about it. I hope this helps.

They Smell Very Strong & You Have to Take 4 at Once
These beef liver capsules say pasture fed, but they don’t say pasture raised, which is a bit sus.There are 30 servings per container.It says to take 4 at a time with a glass of water.The capsules themselves are smooth and they’re a decent size. However, taking four at a time is challenging. What’s more is that they smell so bad. I don’t mean bad as in rotten. I’m sure they’re fine. It’s just that they’re beef liver, so they’re gonna smell. I really wish they’d put one of those plastic moisture and odor absorber cylinder things in the bottle to offset the smell. It’s so strong and bad, that I almost choked and could barely swallow them. If you can handle the smell, and have no swallowing issues, you should be fine.

These are super easy to swallow, which is great because I’ve tried some liver capsules before that were huge and awful. I haven’t been on them long enough to say I feel a difference just yet, but I like that they’re made from grass-fed beef liver and don’t have a bunch of extra junk in them. The bottle says they’re freeze-dried to keep the nutrients intact, which makes sense if you’re trying to get the most out of them. I take four a day with water, and so far, no weird aftertaste or upset stomach, which is good but I don’t like that I have to take 4 capsules that is alot. The packaging is simple and clean, and I feel good knowing I’m at least trying to support my body with something natural. I’ll definitely keep taking them and see how it goes and it says grassfed so that makes me feel good.

In comparison to other grass-fed liver supplements she has used in the past, she finds the price to be very reasonable.

Grass-fed liver supplements sourced from New Zealand
Grass-fed, bovine, liver supplements sourced from New Zealand, by FIQ. Undefatted with no fillers, and loaded with vitamins A, B, biotin and minerals like iron and copper, and is said to promote energy production. So far I have taken 4 doses in 2 days, as I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. No stomach upset and they are kind of large capsules, but I’m used to that, as I have been taking organ meat supplements for over 2 years. These are made in an FDA approved facility and I believe them to be high quality, as New Zealand is renound for that. The price is a little higher than I’m used to, the brand I usually take is almost twice the mount for under $30.00, and these are $35.00 for a month’s supply, but I believe it’s because the meat is sourced from New Zealand, which is quite far away!! The capsules are also very dark in color, which correlates with liver and the only other ingredient is the bovine gelatin to encapsulate these. I will come back here in 3 weeks to a month for an update.
