Up until recently I was unaware of black garlic but after reading up on it’s benefits I was eager to try it out.The soft gels arrive well packaged in a resealable pouch. The pouch itself is labeled well with all the information you would want to know like suggested use and supplement facts. It’s really a great deal because you get a lot of soft gels. 240 soft gels will last you about four months which is a great deal for the price. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow since they are small, round and soft. There is no flavor or taste of garlic in them whatsoever. I also didn’t get any sort of after taste in the hours following taking them. This is ideal for someone who wants the benefits of garlic but doesn’t like the taste or smell.From what I read on black garlic it is slow aged and then heated which makes it higher in antioxidants and better for heart health. It’s also been known to ease digestion and help with inflammation so taking it daily can be very beneficial to your overall health which is why I like this product so much.
