    Short exp date – their customer service is very nice

    expiration 12/2026! Not sure if it is due to some organic content . Bought NOW brand on the same shipment w exp 01/2028. Most usually has 2-4 years before exp. This one has some odor but is not unpleasant though.Contacted with their customer service. They were nice and sent me a new bottle but with similar short expiration date. Communicated with them again and they explained the odor is normal vegetable smell and refunded me the money.

    I use this for sleep. Only thing I have found to knock me out! I have tried many things but this really makes you sleep. You can try and fight the sleep but it puts me down. Still I’m able to wake up to use the bathroom or if I hear my phone beep. Auto delivery product.

    Easy to swallow

    These magnesium capsules are easy to swallow, which is one of the main things I look for with a supplement. If a capsule is too large or hard to take, it is easy to skip it, but these have been simple to work into a routine.I also like that this combines magnesium with vitamin D3, so it is convenient instead of needing separate bottles for everything. I am not making any big medical claims, but from a usability standpoint the capsules are easy to take and the bottle is practical.Overall, I am happy with them so far. They are easy to swallow and easy to keep in the daily supplement routine.
