    Works very well but not a miracle cure!

    Have been taking this for several months and it works very well. There is a noticeable energy buzz and increase in motivation to get things done. However, it is not a miracle cure and won’t dramatically change how you feel or how much energy you have. Worth every penny!

    Definitely has a positive effect, greatly increased recovery times

    I did not purchase this product for weight lifting or muscle gain specifically. I am a 44 year old Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. In the last few years, recovering from a hard practice with intense sparring has become increasingly difficult for me. I’ve been completely wrecked afterwards, feeling incredibly sore and sluggish, both physically and mentally, upon waking the next day.I’m about 6 weeks into taking the recommended daily dose of this product and I am now recovering from heavy practice like I was 10 – 15 years younger. I no longer have any negative mental effects after practice. The mental sluggishness is completely gone. My body is definitely still sore, but in a good way, not in an “over-trained” sort of way. As a secondary benefit, for me at least, I’ve gained nearly 11lbs in the last 3 weeks and very little of it is fat.I will continue using this product, at least until I decide to make the leap to TRT.

    It works! But it comes with a cost

    I’m a 46 year old male fitness trainer who works out hard 5 days a week. I wanted to get maximize my workouts and build more muscle mass while also increasing my libido. One week into taking this and I noticed a major difference in my workout sessions. I built more lean muscle fast and was able to wear out my girlfriend every night. I did notice a little aggression but nothing I couldn’t handle. However, after 3 weeks of taking this I began to notice a rash on my arms. It quickly spread to my whole body and turned out to be a candida infection. My doctor suggested I immediately stop using this supplement as he surmised that there may be a lot of processed sugar in it and prescribed an anti fungal cream. It took 2 months for the infection to clear. Fast forward to 6 months later and I decided to give it another try. I noticed another major increase in my energy and was able to build muscle again. However this time I began to notice major acne on my face. Not a few bumps but a lot of huge, painful blemishes. It was so bad that even at the age of 46 I looked like a pizza faced teenager again. I ended up having to go on Differin Gel and after 2 months am still dealing with the scarring that remains. Look, this stuff works if you want to bulk and take your significant other to pound town on a regular basis. But it comes with consequences. Use at your own risk.

    Strength and Endurance Capacity is Noticeable

    I’ve used this product for almost a year at this point. I will say, I definitely notice a difference in strength and endurance capacity when I am using it. I have cycled off of it twice, and both times I saw a dip in strength compared to a cycle without, using very similar programming in my routine.I mark a star off since I have noticed a distinct change in the way the capsule appears from bottle to bottle which makes me think it could be either a source change, or compounding change.The value for me is there and I will continue to use it.
